It is similar, I’ve never tried the Flawless Fusion, but I really like the Lumiere. I used a brush and got better coverage. It probably is about preference though...
you may be more Neutral? I had great results with 4C1 Praline Flawless Fusion. I have 4C1 in Lumiere but I miss the coverage of Fusion. The best foundation ever !

Which ones more full coverage? Which one would be best for oily skin
I feel like they have the same amount of coverage, but they are buildable... The Flawless Fusion is going to be your best bet for oily skin because it has more of a matte-feel... Hope this helps!
