    This is probably the first adhd asmr I've ever liked. Usually the person acts like they think adhd means you are dumb, or aggressively snap their fingers and tell you to pay attention. In typical adhd fashion, I don't want to do anything someone orders me to do. You're killing it as always.

      I don't have diagnosed ADHD, but I do have a difficulty focusing. So sometimes I zone-out, and sometimes for some odd reason people will snap in my face or clap which I HATE! Its so aggressive, its like waking someone from a nap by pouring water on them.

    I never click on the asmr videos that say it’s for ADHD because they are always very very aggressive and overstimulating, meanwhile this is perfect asmr for adhd because it’s balance between knowing how to catch my attention again with tingles but also doing things soft and slow and one times a little fast it isn’t aggressive at all and feels like a warm hug, plus how much the triggers last and how random they are it’s perfect cuz in my mind it makes sense and it’s really sweet to find a video like this.

  • @ghosttmph
    @ghosttmph 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +52

    I love the fact he wasn't snapping on my face to focus or just continuously telling me to focus like other adhd asmr videos, those used to make me stress out when I was trying to relax and it was always too aggressive or too slow for me but this is pure perfection. Thank you🙌

    AUDhd here. Visual triggers while your face and voice are off screen/out of focus are perfect. Like some other commenters, the chaotic energy of most ADHD vids are overstimulating. The change in cadence and mix of soft spoken/whisper hit the sensory stim without overwhelming each other. Your big balls sent me straight into Tingleland. Not a sound we hear a lot, but I friggin loved it. I could go on and on about why I loved this video, but it can all be summed up by this: whatever you're doing, you keep your cadence consistent and that's what makes it great.

    I love the more absurd "treatments" like the feather, the mention of skittles cracked me up. I feel like for me, whether I get tingles from ASMR has a lot to do with what I (maybe unconsciously) expect to happen vs what is happening, mostly visually. so unexpected things work very well, and it's funny too :) thanks for the video!

    I know other comments have spoken about this, but I want to add to it.
    Most adhd asmrs make me either want to leave due to multiple reasons (eg, being too aggressive) or I skip through them because I’m bored. I love when asmrs don’t demand anything of me, because I want to listen then. I also appreciate not being told to focus every two seconds, because if I already am then it gets annoying (another reason why I click off)

    This is really good. It’s unpredictable but structured and not too fast like others where it becomes stressful almost to watch

    Watching this damn well I don't have ADHD. Still loved it, and reading these comments make me happy that those with actual ADHD enjoyed it and appreciated your work! Amazing tingles too

    There's a small moment at like 2:39 when you're shaking the balls.. idk if it's fabric or your breathing BUT a video with more of those sounds would be fricken amazing.
    Perfect as always, my friend.

    This is honestly the first ADHD video that has helped, I couldn’t even make it through the whole video before falling asleep 🥹 Thank you so much for making this, and thank you for understanding that there’s so much more to making one of these videos than just clicking in our faces and screaming ‘focus on me’ 💀

    The only asmr video targeted to adhd that I’ve liked not aggressive not constantly telling me to pay attention and doing overstimulation . This was a perfect pace funny and gentle thank you for this put a smile on my face

    This man gets what it takes to treat with someone with ADHD. We dont like someone aggressively telling us to oay attention, not overstimulating us with quick and short stimuli. Short attention span videos dont help us, but only make our disorder worse.
    Thank you.

    Some moments don't need to be understood. Just go with it.😄🎢🚀 You have me cracking up Bailey. This is hilarious and fun! Add some amazing triggers: coconut oil lid and gloves, cutie frog, and that close-up ear exam at the end... 10:26 and 11:05. Soo nice. Everything worked. Wishes granted. Well done, my clever friend. Have a great weekend.♥️💫

    I don't often get tingles, they are very rare for me but I enjoy ASMR because it's relaxing and helps me fall asleep. This video gave me so many tingles and was so relaxing!!
