I purchased volumen #2 and #5
I just loved them, first time I heard of them.
Who doesn't love all of these! I was particularly drawn to #3, which is Volume 2. The gemstones, faceted stones, and crystals spoke to me. All my life, my Dad loved to go hunting for gemstones and gold, passing his love down to me and also his great granddaughter. In his 70's, he taught himself to facet jewelry and made me some amazing pieces of jewelry. Dad passed away in 2019, and I have made several scrapbook pages about him and the jewels. Poor Toast did some spectacular images that brought me joy and reminded me of my Dad.
The artwork is phenomenal! All of his books are gorgeous. I think #1 would have to be my favorite. Amazing!

I'd like to see how you cut these out. That is new to me. Especially the more detailed ones .

These are lovely. I've been working on starting to collage because of your videos. They are so inspiring. These books look so fun. I would go with the books literally in the order shown, book one, then 2, then 3. Lol! I mean, who would even want to cut into those full-page images, especially the whimsical ones! They look like they should be in a storybook.

Poortoast definitely has a great selection of books. He is very prolific.
You mention the water color aspect of his images, and he does print in standard colors much cheaper than the premium color option through Amazon printing.
That is also why he can offer so many pages. For the same book, he would have to charge a minimum of $29.40 with premium colors.
It is always a hard choice between publishing with vivid colors and fewer pages or more pages but standard.
But I like standard colors, they are more pastel and suit his books so well.
I like the fact that he studies the customers' reviews, so many books that nobody wants are published.

And I looked at the other Poor Toast books on Amazon and they are incredible, too! I'm glad you showed these, as I was about to buy a different cut&collage book. What I think someone should do is a b&w book to color, then cut and collage. That way each person's cutouts would be a little bit different.
All those books are amazing! Poor Toast is a very talented artist. He can take the most simplest of images and make them great works of art. I love that he does a variety of image types. I want to eventually have all his books. Thank you Nicole for sharing, and thank Poor Toast for his generosity. You both are totally amazing!

Love love. When I saw your first video with Poortoast books my mom and and I brought 3 volumes. Then i went back and ordered one of his books with the bigger images.
