  • I won this Firewood Prosizer at the Hoosier Firewood Hysteria 2023. This laser should really help speed up production, no more stopping to measure!

    Congrats on winning the Pro Sizer, Jeremiah! That should come in handy for cutting the size of rounds you want. It seems like it will make your cutting and measuring more efficient. Take care and have a nice weekend!

    Jeremiah, you’re going to love it. Comes in handy for sure! Like most tools into not perfect in every situation but overall I really like the one I won from Tony’s Cool Tools channel.

      Heath I hope you’re enjoying the ProSizer. Some people can’t get use to it but for me I prefer not going back to using a Mingo marker or other measuring device.
      It all boils down to what you’re comfortable with.
      👍TCT

    Jeremiah congrats on winning one of the ProSizers. After you’ve had a chance to get use to the ProSizer and cut with it a while drop me a comment of how you like it. For me I sail through my logs and my bundle wood comes out within a 1/2” of each other. 👍TCT

    Hey Jeremiah , I wish mine pivoted . One suggestion . Take a sharpie and mark on the top of the prosizer at the screw . That way if you slide it out of the holder to charge , you can slide it back to the same spot when it is charged .

    Congratulations on winning the prize! Looks like it will be handy. Fortunately for me, I only cut for personal use and my boiler isn’t too fussy...
    I can eyeball close enough, if it’s under 4’, it fits!
    Bless’ns to ya, Tedd

      I think the green is easier to see for sure. I would say if your cutting in log piles like that it would be more effective and easier to stay accurate. Not sure about cutting in the woods? Great door prize Jeremiah. 👊🏻☀️🍻

    I'm still skeptical about having that thing stay true every time. I tend to throw the saw around and when in the bush i feel like it woukd get hit and out of whack. I may have to just get one and practice with it, and if I don't like it, give it away 😂. Happy birthday too brother🎉

    I think it would be great for a saw that's only used for bucking downed firewood...but I use all my saws as I need them and this would be a big inconvenience trying to use them multipurpose.

    • @outdoorsinthe608
      @outdoorsinthe608  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I use this saw for both felling and bucking and it actually don’t seen to get in the way.

    Once you learn it and can be consistent you will ply through marking, or rather cutting and marking at the same time. Be curious to see how much the Accu-Mark gets used. Have a great day Around the Yard Jeremiah!
