yep, and it's a waste of taxpayers monies. they don't ride in inclement weather. and they're usually used for dignitary escort. once in a while you might see some on the hiways.

Easily servicable and parts for it are widespread. There will always be a chop shop that can service harleys with ease. Especially its engine.
