My most humiliating moment of 2023 came in a Parkrun. One of my kids (8 years old) was miles ahead of me and came running back to check if I was okay 😢😂

Can never quite work out whether the merch requests are serious….😂😂thought I’d got a cracking t shirt design, but it took 6 months to arrive - so not sure my supplier could cope with the demand.
I'd reply with serious uk supplier suggestions but I have an extremley important parkrun to attend to at 9am tomorrow! It's 5k AND there might be other people involved/avoid. 🤮

Have always done Half Marathons, swore I'd never do a Parkrun..... did one following an injury now I'm on 48! Did see you use the word Ultra on Strava 😲 fantastic race lineup, good luck!

You probably won't have time for many parkruns with the ultra training :-), maybe you could do a 'parkrun of the month' spot? Convinced the wife to do Chester marathon with me in October, its only January and shes already saying we should do an ultra next, what have I done!
