This is an amazing video! Could you please please make videos for data trees from basics? You seem to have a good grasp of things and you can explain well too. I guess I'm asking for too much :p
That`s good feedback. I will think about the explanation of data tree structures from scratch. It can be helpful for more GH users. I will put that into my pipeline :)
Hi! All clusters are selfmade components. Inside cluster you can find several different components. If you select many components and click middle mouse button you can create cluster by yourself.
hey this is awesome information thank you! how would one go about constructing masks like that parametrically? for example use a number slider to select which item index of all branches youd like to select? { * ; * } [ x ] with x being controlled by a slider or sth else?
One of the best videos I have ever seen online, clear, concise, cogent, intelligent. Well Done!!! Michael Wickerson
Thank you very much @Michael!
I am very glad to see a presentation that is simple and easy to follow. A good basis for more complex tree applications.
Thanks!
This is the best video to learn MASK in grasshopper. Thx
Good to hear that! Thanks! Check out another video about data tree:

Ultra useful, i looked for data handling in gh a lot of time. That was concise . Much appreciated !
Stay tuned and subscribe to channel :)
Oh my god thank you so much. Best explanation of the tree, branch, path, syntax I've found!
Thanks @Hugh Soward! Soon I come back with more videos.
thanks for the effort to explain this! I am learning a lot about data trees! I find them spectacular!
Glad you like them!
Super helpful! Thank you Sir!
Good to hear @Caleb Matheson!
Really helpful. Well explained, thanks!
Thanks @mo Harmon
Is there any way to mask elements based on its value? For instance if I wanted to get all points with the same Z coordinate.
Man this vid is awesome and helpful!! thanks for this!
Great! Hope your work with data tree structures will be easier :)

Great work! Thank you!
@No problem!
Thanks a Lot!
Your welcome!
Nice video, thanks! Can you give us a tip on how you built the cluster that converts the path address of each element to a list of strings?
Sure! Write an email about that and send it to post@bimcorner.com
Where does the "cluster" node come from? I don't have that in Rhino 7.

That is a really good idea ;) Actually, not hard to make.
hey thanks for your response! how can one do this? by making a short python script?
the video sound should be a little bit louder. great video btw
Thanks for the comment! I will repair that in the next movies! Cheers!
I appreciate it!
I am glad it helped!
