      주거지로는 청량리보다 환경이 괜찮아... 차로 10분 거리에 창동 있고, 노원 롯백도 있고, 도보로 이마트 트레이더스 쌉가능....

    3032가구 인데 8개동 49층.이게 .. 나눠보니 . 1개동 한 개 층마다 큰집 도 있을꺼니까 1층에 보통 8가구 씩 있다고 보면되는데.
    엘리베이터 4대는 최소 있어야 할거고. 어떻게 설계가 나올까 궁금하네요,
    비싸다고 ,,부정적인 이야기가 많던데... 둔촌주공 분양때도 그랫죠.여기 땅집고에서도 둔촌주공 검색하면 나옴 .
    댓글 가서 보면 미래를 못본 분들이 대부분임, 사면 망한다 부터 ...84가 13억. 누가 사냐 헀는데... 지금 가격 후덜덜하죠.

    현대산업개발 본사가 광운대역으로 이전한다는게 제일 놀랍네. 청량리역은 롯데인데, 롯데가 요즘 돈이 없나요? 청량리에 롯데호텔 들어온다고 카던데, 건물 다 지어놓고 호텔은 언제 들어오나?

      추첨제 경쟁율에서 승패갈릴듯..., 추첨제있는 상태에서 당첨자계약율 50%넘으면 준공전에는 완판할듯.
      추첨제에 첫계약30% 이하면..., 하락장에서 완판은 무리.
      30%미만이면 계약율미공개 깜깜이로 분양할거임.

    댓글 난리났네ㅎㅋㅋ 도보권 아이파크몰, 대형 도서관, 영화관, 평지, 1호선 6호선 경의선 전철역 역세.. 버스타고 한정거장 가면 7호선.. 산책로.. 인근 창동아레나 짓고있고 ㅠㅠ 진심 다 탐나지만 대형평수는 내돈으로 어림없는데 59는 박터질 거고.. 돈 없으면 악플 달지말고 신경끄세요.ㅠㅠ 어차피 돈있는 사람들한테 분양하려고 대형평수 낸거임.

    미래 먹거리 건설사수익으로 2029년까지 다뽑아먹고나온다는 그곳?
    여기가 노도강대형평수 수요없는데
    대형위주로 뽑아 등친다는 그곳?
