Hey, just would like to note, being introverted doesn't mean you cant be loud or talk to people. It just means you gain energy from being by yourself and can get drained socializing for long times. So you can be a person who is able to go out and everything but still be an introvert.

It looks really good! A general cooking tip. Whisk is useful when trying to incorporate air (for example a marangue). In general if you are combining ingredients spatula or a fork is a good option, if a bit more difficult than with a whisk. Also higher temperature will make it crispier and water will evaporate quicker, thus making a big crack and a good rise. If you want a crispy outside start on high heat for a bit and then switch to a lower temperature to bake it through! Good luck on your journey through cooking!!!

One thing I strive for in cooking is making changes to a recipe based on preference. Innovating by asking what can I change for next time like you did at 9:25. Sometimes even if I deviate from the definition of what you're making at least I'm making and learning how to make the most satisfying version of meals for myself overtime.

If you don't have a whisk, I recommend a fork, the whisking is to add air, using a fork is easier to do that than a spoon, next time you could try adding nuts? I add walnuts and choc chips to mine

“this is more of a how to not make banana bread type of video”
Vegan banana bread.
Mash 3 ripe bananas
Add 100g brown sugar
Add 75g veg oil
Mix
Add 225g plain flour
Add 3tsp baking powder
Add 3tsp cinnamon
(Optional ) Add a 50g dark chocolate chips (asda ones are vegan)
Mix
Cook in a pre heated oven on gas mark 6 for 40 minutes in the middle of the oven.
Tip, if the bread becomes too brown on top before cooking time is over just wrap tin foil over the top to stop it burning.

Hey Taz! 🤍 When mixing, I add a lil apple sauce (to keep the bread from drying out) and some cinnamon and nutmeg to my banana bread and it takes it to another level! A slice of that with a bit of butter makes for a yummy breakfast! Great job on your first try! Keep up the great work!

Moste of the world use ºC ( Fahrenheit vs. Celsius: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fahrenheit#/media/File:Countries_that_use_Fahrenheit.svg ), so 250 ºC is a lot. I think most ovens go up to 250 ºC and not more.
250ºC = 482 ºF (we use Celsius in the UK)

I’m totally relate to the part of being an introvert and a extravert! I used to think I was very shy and anti social, but it turns out that whenever i’m comfortable around people, I automatically am more social!

About the introvert/ extrovert thing I'm exactly the same way. Like, sometimes I just want to stay home alone, quarantine isn't as hard for me as people make it sound and I am living alone but when I am with close friends I am loud and don't care who is around. It's a mix !!!

I live by myself and am both huge extrovert and introvert. I talked quite a lot online to people in the beginning of the quarantine, but now 1,5 months in, I'm almost not talking at all! I love being home by myself, ultra introvert. Haven't missed anyone! But I'm also hugely extrovert, I love meeting new people and I easily make conversation. Meeting new people at parties I look forward to the most, but I'm also fully content inside, by myself, talking to no one

Just a quick clearing up with the introvert/extrovert thing: introverts don’t necessarily like being alone all the time just as extroverts also can enjoy alone time. It’s defined if too much social interaction drains your energy or adds energy.
I’m an introvert, but I enjoy talking to people (mostly one on one because those conversations usually are interesting and dynamically different), and I even can enjoy larger gatherings (for a short time), but it does drain me and I need time to ‘recharge’ alone. Being alone gives me energy, but it doesn’t mean I always want to be alone 100%. Just like extroverts don’t love parties all the time 24/7.
Another misconception is that all introverts are shy or socially awkward. Many will be fine in gatherings and you might not even peg them for an introvert at all. Introvert/extrovert hasn’t it’s main focus on how socially inept or adept your are, but, and again, how you recharge your batteries. If you feel happy an excited and pumped after being with lots of people you probably are an extrovert. If you enjoyed talking to your best friend for hours about lovely stuff but feel you need to be alone to gain some energy you’re more likely an introvert. Doesn’t mean you didn’t enjoy talking.
(Ps: not saying Taz doesn’t know the difference, but I see many people make the wrong assumption that it’s about liking or not liking alone time. Absolutely everyone can’t do the one thing 100%. Doesn’t mean it’s grey areas in where you get your energy. But there are grey areas in how much you *enjoy* social interactions.)

Just some advice... buy a whisk because whisking actually creates air into your batter - making it fluffier and lighter it also removes lumps so you could have used a fork as a replacement... btw love you loads lol

We followed the same tutorial.😂😂😂 It's so good! After 4 tries, I have perfected it.😊 I sprinkle brown sugar on top before putting it on the oven. It gives it a crunchy top. Also, the temperature on the tutorial is in Fahrenheit, not Celsius.😅

An extrovert and introvert does not inherently define how people behave around others but rather the energy that one gains or loses (respectively) when interacting with people. There are also ambiverts which are a mix of the two. Good video, fun as always!
