Raja Sahib what is the provision for reduction in price of Rs 4.80 crore. Somebody informed me that Taxes for buyers are work out around 20 % ... 12 % Tax , 5 % Federal Excise Duty, 2 % Capital gain Tax. At the price of 4.8 crore it may work out around Re 5.80 crore. Please apprise about this. Thanks
1. There is 3% advance tax (filer)on purchase of 10 Marla house on given FBR evaluation rate. 2. There is no CVT , FED & capital gain tax. 3. Capital gain tax applies on profit when you sale out your bought property. 4. 1% of this house FBR evaluation rate is 1.5 lac.
