It’s has a lot of words and Jin is very proud of himself for knowing all the words, so he likes to show it off 🤣 Another funny video for you would be “Jin scolding BTS” where Jin basically sounds like he’s rapping again when he’s scolding the other guys

Fun fact: Outsider is the fastest rapper in S Korea. Years ago he was fast enough to qualify for a Guinness world record, but this was never made official because he doesn't rap in English (a not so fun fact that makes me rage). My fav Outsider song is called "the outsider" 💜

Jin is obviously the most funniest in the group so far. He doesn’t take himself seriously so it all a big joke because Army like it. For their BTS festa each year the rap line and vocal line will often switch roles times to times just to have fun with Army. My favourites are rap Jin and vocalist RM. Those BTS festa concert can turn into a big mess 😂😂😭😭

I've seen reactors with rap backgrounds try to dissect and destroy Jin's amazing rap skills and it 's just like you said. 5:16 They weren't covering up the mics because of no promo, those were black covers they were using on mics that weren't their personal mics during covid. There are black and white covers you can put on mics as spit/germ protection. The mics belonged to the show so they wouldn't have to hide them because the guys don't have a mic sponsor. They do like one brand but they don't have an official brand promotion going for their mics. Their song is Outro: Tear (as in crying) but they do discuss tear (as in ripping apart) in the song.
Fun fact, during the 2019 Billboard awards, BTS removed the word "naega" from their song in "Fake Love" to avoid this same issue. How thoughtful of them. 💜

Jin's diction is really clear. The other members have said that they could understand every word he says even he doesn't have a good rapper tone 🤣
When his veins pop out he isn't straining, it's just the way that neck vein works. You can see it in Epiphany and Awake and his funny tirades. A couple of the other members have a prominent neck vein as well, it's just Jin's mannerisms and attitude make it more noticeable more frequently.

Reading Korean is actually super easy after hearing it spoken for a while. Most people learn how to read it (not comprehend, just read) in a few hours.
외톨이 (Oetori, pronounced Wetori) by Outsider is the song Jin is "rapping" as his karaoke showpiece lol. It's pretty well known in Korea for being REALLY FAST, hence why it's Jin's favorite number to do that's not a BTS song haha.
The joke is also that when Jin gets mad, he spits SO FAST he really COULD be a rapper. When he's scolding his members, it's like the rat-tat-tat of a machine gun.

Jin is defo the biggest troll & joker of the group that's why he has his own cult called the JinCult 😂. He doesn't take himself seriously, always breaking the ice, making the younger members comfortable around him, because in the Korean age heirarchy, Jin holds a certain higher authority even if RM is the leader. However, you will see glimpses of his darker melancholic side through his songs like ABYSS. A song he made for his bday, about being burn out and maybe a certain degree of Impostor syndrome.
I think most of his solo songs show a darker sides of himself honestly. Like I Awake…Even some parts of Epiphany.

I think everyone could use some of Jin's philosophy of life - which is to enjoy life. He's a living example of someone who overcame his shyness and embrace himself by not letting his pride get in the way or holding onto regrets. His role as the oldest in the group is vital which is why the other members love and respect him, even when they test his patience ... (which is often 😁) People who start to know BTS and eventually become armies, I noticed that they themselves become more loose and transparent - not taking things too seriously and letting themselves laugh and enjoy the silly little things. 💜

If you are talking about the BTS Song "OUTRO: Tear" the title is "tear" as in crying tears.
BUT! In the song there are three verses (one for each rapper). One verse is for "tear" (crying tears), another for "tear" (as in tearing apart) and the third one is for "fear" (yeah just fear). So they actually use both "Tear" and "Tear"... and then Hobi ads "Fear" because it rhymes.

They were on a tv show during the pandemic called New Quiz on the Block (early 2021, when vaccines weren’t available for everyone yet), so those are the show’s microphones with covers on them for protection/safety reasons. There were a lot of rules and precautions during that time, especially in Korea.
