The 87's are, in my opinion, the best car on the sim purely because of all of the hard work and extensive research by Dale and the whole dev team. The car is an absolute blast to drive no matter what track you're on and it's so cool to see Dale talk about those cars and just how passionate he is about making them an accurate representation of how that car was back in it's hey-day. I'd say it's a job well done.
Love this. Feels good to know Jr. is advocating for us sim racers and for iRacing. Makes me super excited for the fun train to keep on rollin and growin
The part about making friends through iRacing is so true. I have so many friends now, some of them I would consider my best friends, that I would likely have not even ever met if it wasn't for iRacing.
So happy to be apart of this community and can honestly say I agree with a lot is said here. Through all the disagreements or upset drivers in crash’s, everyone for the mass majority are understanding and good people. I’ve been on the unfortunate end of crashing out on an oval with traffic behind and apologized and explained my circumstances to what happened and my apology was widely accepted. Great community and great game, 100% what brings me back everyday
Talking about the friendships really hits home, I remember growing up as a teen (30 now) how these online friends may not be in person. But I feel closer to these people than my in person friends, team mates etc...
Jr. is absolutely correct about the Iracing community and the friends you make. Sure we are there to race but for me it is really about the friendships you make.
Won’t happen. SRO already has Kunos who will bend over backwards for them. Motorsports games took the ACO. iRacing has IMSA because of NASCAR and Dale.
I'm not one for ovals but getting into them and I have not tried to race the 87's yet have some test time in them and they are amazing. And the community in SIM racing is absolutely amazing. Guys I have started racing with in GT Sport we have grown to iRacing and ACC as our favorites though I stick mainly to iRacing.
There's a reason anytime you join a race and talk to anyone on it. I'll bet they'd tell you they've been on iracing for years and years, because of how good the platform is.
I'd love it if you guys could benchmark different CPU, GPU, and RAM combos so we could buy the right gear with confidence, there are not many benchmark videos out there, and what is out there isn't really done in a scientific manner for the most part.
Starting @4:15 and nails it @7:15 mark. Question are you getting together with others, ie; USAC to try and get the 410 better and midget. The point of making it feel real instead of fast, that’s what I want. I think, even though he’s talking about a fixed series iracing needs to limits adjusts that take the car beyond reality. That’s where you get these freaky fast setups and to me I think that makes iracing kind of in that arcade realm 🤔
iRacing has brought back a lot of the "real life" to NASCAR, ironically. The race on Sunday and sell on Monday thing has been absolutely GONE for decades now. There's not a single thing "stock" about a stock car. iRacing's now the other side of the equation. With NASCAR being on life support for a good while now, iRacing can actually help get ratings back. They fall in love with the sport through iRacing and then join the fan base IRL.

This is just awesome don't ever stop. Your a true hero to alot of people. I am a die hard fan of yours Jr 💯👍💪🤜🤛
Yes 87 cars are some of the best on iracing . They are a blast
Unbelievably fun to drive, absolute American beasts, weigh as much as an elephant yet floats like a feather.
Love this. Feels good to know Jr. is advocating for us sim racers and for iRacing. Makes me super excited for the fun train to keep on rollin and growin
Thank you Dale. You are a blessing to guys like us that don't have money to race but love the sport and sim racing.
It’s pretty cool when you join a race that Jr is also in. He’s such a cool dude and just one of the guys.
What license level do you find him in? It'd be a dream of mine come true to race with him, even virtually.
I started Iracing because of listening to Dales Podcast and him talking about it. Good work Jr

I started real life circle track racing this year. I've gotta say the 87 is the perfect tool for learning.
my iracing league is filled with great guys im proud to call friends. cant imagine ever leaving that league for another one.

iracing needs a Dale Jr. on the road side as well to work with SRO.
Won’t happen. SRO already has Kunos who will bend over backwards for them. Motorsports games took the ACO. iRacing has IMSA because of NASCAR and Dale.
All the licenses owned elsewhere for Road :(
@@666okano exactly why they need someone to navigate through it and build relationships
@@robcampbell6099 Yeah completely agree, F1 should be pushing the boundaries of sim racing, instead of cashing in on the license too :)
love Dale Jr and his hard work!
Interesting lighting choices. 😄Good interview though. Really means a lot to have someone like this being such a big advocate of the sim.

Single handedly fixing iracing . Thanks Dale Jr for the new content

I like the music. It gives it a real "job orientation video" vibe.
I'd love to see the first gen trucks sometime too, the 87s are awesome but trucks man, love me those old beasts
Dale Jr is just a good dude I think and seems very down to earth despite his fame.
7:48 that's me losing a bump and run from a friend 🤣

Man I just love this guy. Plain and simple.
His accent resembles of how Daniel Ricciardo imitates american english :D.
Thats a cool looking hat I need to buy one
Iracing need to improve they merchandise store so much could be added, Dale has the iracing gear
Can we get Part 2???

Jr plz incorporate iRacing into console too !!!!
Dale Jr please bring I racing to consoles

Lately the 87's have been plowing tight. But I'm willing to accept that if that is what they were really like.
Where’s part 2?
We need the same partnership with Travis Pastrana for dirt road
Now we need an open wheel ambassador.
Great sim! Lets get some more dirt tacks though
Didn't know that jr was a video gamer.
i got one for him, why wont travis let me in mooncar light?
Always heard it costs alot
Please get slinger made
