I have a theory that the main character in this song "cannot set his eyes on the ocean" because he keeps looking passionately at his girlfriend, the "storm approaching" and the "seagulls in slow motion" is the intense feeling of love, and how it feels that time stops when you're with the person you love.
I got introduced to Lemon Demon by my current boyfriend, and this music was one of the first ones that we listened together.
Now this music only remembers me of him, and it's my comfort music.
