After a bit of thinking I've found the reason why your copper ore drop rate is higher than you expect. In fact, the drop rate of all the items in your drop log is above what you would expect given your method of calculating. After adding up all the drop rates of the items on the wiki, there was still 13/128 missing, or in other words there's a 13/128 chance of a nothing drop that wasn't mentioned on the wiki. If you account for this, your expectedKills goes up to 23719, with a 52% chance of getting less than 372 drops and 48% chance of getting at least 372 drops of copper ore, so slightly lucky but not by a lot.

You have way more kills than what you see on the loot tracker because the loot tracker does not track kills, it tracks the number of drops. Sand crabs have a 10% to drop nothing which does not get tracked as loot on the tracker. That means whenever you get a kill where you roll nothing, the counter does not go up. you have 10% more kills than what your tracker says
I wish you showed the full Colosseum waves, maybe in the future if you return you can show the highest wave you haven't shown yet, plus re-showing waves if it's the highest one you've died to? Even if you did it on extreme fast forward (4x, 8x, maybe even 16x) I think that would be cooler than a hard cut to the end of the wave.
Im not sure why youre struggling in finishing the forestry event with the mulch, but ive got some thoughts that might help. A lot of people purely go for the 60 drop, which is often extremely inefficient to get. Youll often have 2 of the ingredients right next to the tree, so if thats the case just go for them. If you ever get a double stack and its side by side with the tree, if the 3rd ingredient is 2 tiles away from the tree or more, meaning youll need to run, dont bother going for it. Just triple stack the 2 ingredients and grab the 42 over and over.
You probably realised by now, it's maybe its new on the wiki, but the nothing drop (non-RDT) is liste as 1/9.846, so probably about 10% more kills compared to your RL tracker
I know you probably don’t wanna do this but just an idea, you should go up to the wave you think you can reasonably get up to and roll another chunk. Then come back whenever you think you can get further into the waves until it’s eventually finished. Your gear is definitely gonna hold you back from completing it :P but from your enthusiasm from the end of the video I feel like you don’t wanna do that lol

Yeah, you did miss something in your dry calculations, sand crabs don't have a 1/256.5 chance of dropping nothing from the rdt, they have a 1/128 chance to even access the table, followed by a 1/256.5 chance to drop nothing, which is a 1/32,832 chance to drop nothing from the rdt, and a 1/9.8 chance to drop nothing regularly, and I'm semi-sure they drop 2 things at once, so it wouldn't be 1/64 it'd be 1/32

So 13/128 kills aren't being recorded in the log at all then, so that accounts for a significant number of kills for the actual drop rate
