This track has nothing with Andy Blueman. It's clearly Simon's style - emotions in melody.
Try out some Chicane tracks since you already enjoy this style with progressive trance mixed in with sweeping emotional track and banging bass. If you aren't familiar with Chicane, he is one of the legends that guys like Ali and Fila had to have been inspired by, along with Progressive legends Sasha and Paul Oakenfold.
