Our Climate, Our Challenge 2014. Humana Day.
Humana's work dealing with the consequences of climate change is present in much of the cooperation projects that are carried out. However, programs that reaches a larger are the Farmers' Clubs.
The organization works closely with small farmers, promoting training in sustainable agroforestry and conservation farming techniques that allow them to get bigger and better crops and more resistant to adverse weather conditions caused by climate change.
Humana encourages reducing, reusing and recycling through thousands of containers of used clothing collection.
The textile recycling therefore promotes environmental protection and economic and social development. Reusing clothes saves resources for the production of new clothes, reduces emissions of greenhouse gases and prevents million tons of textiles and shoes from ending up in landfills.

Tres historias personales desde Guinea-Bissau, tres ejemplos de las capacidades que juntos tenemos para ayudar a frenar el cambio climático, de una manera sostenible y solidaria.
La labor de Humana frente a las consecuencias del cambio climático está presente en buena parte de los proyectos de cooperación que se llevan a cabo. No obstante, los programas en los que alcanza una mayor dimensión son los Farmers' Club o Agrupaciones de Agricultores.
Humana impulsa la reducción, reutilización y reciclaje a través de miles de contenedores de recogida de ropa usada gracias a los acuerdos de colaboración que mantiene con ayuntamientos y entidades privadas. Por cada kilogramo de textil recuperado y que, por tanto, no va a parar a un centro de tratamiento de residuos.
