First on, S1GP 'big thanks for the video material and provide the pictures. I would like to give my analysis on the incidents and maneuvers here, especially on the two-man battle between # 71 Kejmar and # 41 Schmidt, always with the references to the passage in the video: 18:50: # 71 After his maneuver, Kejmar comes outside the track limits, he does not keep to the rules (whoever comes back on the track must not hinder the riders on the track ...) 19:11: Kick of # 71 Kejmar against front fender from # 41 Schmidt ... 19:35: an official tried to make # 71 Kejmar aware that he have already 'under observation' for his unclean driving ... 19:47: # 71 Keimar is cutting # 41 Schmidt! Cut because he cannot hold the line and is driven out, presumably he has tried to aim at the front wheel of his opponent, the commentary 'Aggressive Move' is still cautiously chosen, in some racing series this would have been enough for punishment ... ): This procedure is considered dangerous (and unclean) driving, which he does not pull inwards but is aimed at the front wheel ... 19:58: # 41 Schmidt goes faster and flatter over the jump, sets right behind the edge and accelerates considerably more, # 41 Schmidt is oriented directly inside, while # 71 Kejmar is much further outside than before / or normally is - either he wanted to take the outside line or at least cover it, inner line is free! 20:00: Next to: # 41 Schmidt is inside! # 71 Kejmar tries now by going inside / right to go into the inner line - but there is already # 41 Schmidt! 20:01: Touching the arms, - that shows that both were on the same level at the touch: Kejmar his handlebar is moved slightly to the left, he falls, (No collision with a blunt angle or anything else), # 41 Schmidt's handlebar wiggles also Which is why he could not quite keep his line, but his orientation inside was clearly visible! 20:22: does not concern the two top drivers but for the illustrative: # 20 Borella overtakes his Landsmann Promutico, filmed onboard by # 121 Sitnianski, the pilot at the corner entry inside belongs the curve, Promutico makes up and goes outside, this chance Kejmar would also have had but not used! Conclusion: 2 hard but still allowed by regulations-permissible attacks of # 41 Schmidt, several partial dangerous attacks of # 71 Kejmar, thereby not conforming to regulations and unsporting by his kick's with the feet. Now Kejmar was to be told what he had done wrong and why the protest could only be rejected, especially since he had often had problems in the past because of unsporting and other things. You have to be out of your mind to see any of that the way you interpret the situations. During the first incident Marc clearly hits Kejmar on corner exit, pushing kejmar wide. Marc has all the space in the world here but chooses to hit Kejmar for some reason. Despite this i can not see Kejmar ever leaving the track thus he does not have to "give way". During the same sequence Marc also seemingly kicks Kejmar. During the second incident Kejmar does not come in any contact with MRS. Certainly not to the same degree MRS previously hits Kejmar. During 19:47 Kejmar is cleanly passing Marc. Marc leaves the door open and Kejmar passes without making ANY contact with Marc or cutting into his line (Funny how everytime Marc has made a pass on Kejmar he has made contact with him). He DOES NOT cut into Marc's line in any way. As for the rest of your comments it is clear to me that you are not being consistent in your reasoning. How could you possibly claim that Kejmars pass @19:47 is a dirty pass and yet claim that Marcs divebomb on Kejmar is clean? You would have to be out of your mind to make that claim. Marc cuts STRAIGHT through Kejmar. I would suggest you read this f1metrics.wordpress.com/2014/08/28/the-rules-of-racing/ for some insight into racing etiquette instead of making up excuses for Marc. As for your last point at 20:22. The EXTREMELY IMPORTANT DIFFRENCE with this pass is that Borella actually manages to brake before he overshoots the corner something Marc did not manage. Another EXTREMELY IMPORTANT DIFFRENCE with Borellas passing is that he is alongside Promutico during the corner entry while Marc is CLEARLY behind Kejmar at 20:00.
.. you can also and this 100 % realistic see it like this: Kejmar was on the outside line until a few meters before the turn, ... Marc was much faster *srubing the jump* on the Inside line, .. maybe Kejmar did not expect that Marc can go so fast there, . .. and made the mistake .. with changing into the inside line just the last few meters, .. what gave Marc no more realistic chance to brake or to avoid accident, .. Please look slow motion and you will see this ! @@gedas1 - Please don't forget - a lot of Videos from different people and different position exists - and have been ALL viewed from all Responsible people - (FIM - BPROM - several Teams ..and team-manager .. etc .. ) - all resposible people decided it was NOT an attack - it was just an racing accident ! - (in one video (not here in TH-cam) - you can see so clearly that PK running on the outside - and just crossed in to turn in the last 10 meters - where Marc was already closed in with clearly higher speed - and no room to go somewhere .. ) so if you want to see this in a different way ? - of course you can do so - this is your good right - but it create NOT a fact ! ! - this is O N L Y your opinion - and you can see it this way! - but this is not creating facts - and the responsible and investing experts saw it different !! this is just " your opinion " ..
