Great vid Guy, good luck with the move. Love and light as always.
Those blue veins for me were the point were the point that this went from "yeah, the paint job is coming along nicely" to "take that thing away from me" It was a really smart move to go with feint but lines that looked like unhealthy blood vessels under the skin. The more obvious move to paint bold veins on top of the skin wouldn't have been nearly as uncanny.

16:30 - Army painters rust effect paint is a good one. I normally water it down a bit. But it would go really well with the other paints you used here.
Gotta say, I been there. Quite a few models of mine have some bad or painful memories attached to them from ex-partners and relationships. It's not like you can just throw them away either, they just remind you of something you once had and desperately miss, taunting you almost. Or as a reminder of how low you've been before, maybe how low you'll go again. None of them have yeasty tongues though. Yuck.
Lord Nurgle would be pleased by the growth of his blessings on this land raider. Thank you for this, anything nurgle based is awesome, and you made a awesome already strive to be that good mini into a "I'll never be able to do that" mini As a US resident I'm sad I don't have a chance at this to join my death guard. But Nurgle's blessing are for all and I'll be happy to know a player out there somewhere will have this amazing raider.
Honestly, I did not think you could make the tank much grosser, yet here we are. Nurgle remains bottom of my list of preffered Chaos Gods and the fact this looks plausibly canon is just digging that pit deeper. Fantastic Job, don't make more hahahah

Bye.
The original video making this beast was what truly got me into warhammer man. It’s nice to see him get a little upgrade after all these years.
16:30 - Army painters rust effect paint is a good one. I normally water it down a bit. But it would go really well with the other paints you used here.
Admirable honesty and openness with your raffle there, hope it works out for you and you get closer to stepping off the rental treadmill
Thank you for this, anything nurgle based is awesome, and you made a awesome already strive to be that good mini into a "I'll never be able to do that" mini
As a US resident I'm sad I don't have a chance at this to join my death guard. But Nurgle's blessing are for all and I'll be happy to know a player out there somewhere will have this amazing raider.
Nice encouragement for going back to revisit previous works. Great tip on using the AK Interactive rust wash.
The Tank is what brought me to the channel. It looks even better than before, I love it!
I cannot imagine a more original way of "a part of me will always be with you" between a man and is craft.
Good luck on finding a new studio. I enjoyed this video.
Honestly, I did not think you could make the tank much grosser, yet here we are. Nurgle remains bottom of my list of preffered Chaos Gods and the fact this looks plausibly canon is just digging that pit deeper.
Fantastic Job, don't make more hahahah
3:42 this is why I get the train from Essex to London
The skin texturing technique is something I never thought of, that’ll come in handy. This was an amazing video and that’s an amazing model!
This is a good example of an important but brutal technique for self improvement. Destroying what you've done to do it again, and do it better.
Thanks!
Woah, thanks so much!
@@MidwinterMinis Hu Guy, been watching your channel since early COVID and had never made a contribution. Putting a down payment on a house could change your life for the better, I hope this modest contribution helps you achieve that goal.
Hi* Guy 🤣
i want to see an entire army turned cursed
We're going back to old stuff yay! Amazing glow up for your horrific biomass of a monstrocity though, i love it😂
The original video gave me a desire to one day make a Death Guard army, just so I could make an ungodly abomination like this. The revamp came out looking amazing.
If I had a nickel for every time I’ve seen a Warhammer 40K vehicle that someone has modeled a butthole onto I’d have 3 nickels.
Absolutely love the glow up you gave this beast! Now feels like a freakish daemon engine straight out of the Realm of Chaos books!
Genuinely wishing you the best!
My throat is drying up. I can feel the sickly(ness?) of it 14:24
The original video was my inspiration to start customizing my tanks and dreads. This is awesome.
"repainting the landrussy" 💀
