Besides having South Carolina in common we also had a tiny home right next to Disney in an RV park. We loved that place so much that just like you guys we decided on a patio villa after being in a tiny home the villa was “huge”. I am especially happy to be in a smaller footprint since my husband recently passed
Wow! What fun having an RV and a tiny house! However, I think you made the right decision coming to the villages. I went out with a realtor for two hours when I started my lifestyle visit yesterday and without ever even expecting it, I bought a home in Moultrie Creek… A bit scary and exciting! Congrats to your son on his graduation!
Someone else with a Class A had a video showing their 'coach house' property which was quite fancy but they didn't have near the privacy yours has. Thanks for showing us around, I hope you'll give us a tour of your motor home soon. And congratulations to your son on his graduation, you must be very proud!
Hi Michael! We're here in The Villages right now doing our own self guided lifestyle visit. Your videos were a big influence in my husband and I booking this trip. We're from Texas and our only child just graduated from college, so we're in a similar situation as you guys, just a couple years behind. We sold our giant 4 bedroom house and moved into a tiny house on my parents property in 2020. We decided to build there in Texas (a much smaller house) and now we're thinking The Villages might be in our future. Keep up the fun positive videos. You and Tiffany are too cute! I'll ge looking for you all week! If I see you it'll be a miracle...haha...this place is HUGE!
That’s such a great spot. I’m impressed by the size of the property. Pretty much unheard of. No rush to sell which is great. It will likely go fast. Thanks for sharing. The tiny home and the motor home were like training wheels for your graduation to a cottage/villa in The Villages. Like you stated before, it made the transition to your current home quite easy. Best of luck with the sale of this other property and motor home.
Usually, RV lots like those there, can go for $100k to over one million$, each depending on their location, in Florida. I know, I delivered the cement for many of those same lots.
Bravo for taking the leap into your adventure. We did downsize and take 2 trips a year. We loved the Villages but will continue to rent. Not ready for another move.❤️😎
Very nicely said with positive energy! It looks like you take care of everything. I'm a northerner and enjoyed seeing another lifestyle. You have it made! Still thinking..."pushing" my husband to change our lives!! 🙄😁
I had never seen anything like that Coach house - what a very cool setup and what a perfect lot that is! Congratulations to your son on getting his MBA! Looking forward to hearing about your golf cart trial and whether or not you think it's the one for you.
I know - I thought that whole Casita coach house + RV parking was a really unique setup. I think there should be more of those...people would love them here in Texas!
Great video. That looked like a nice camp resort for your A and Conchita but yeah compared to The Villages not the same. We are snow birds back in Ohio now but drive a camper van back and forth and camp in each state which we love. We live way up in the Village of Santo Domingo and will return Sept. sometime
Looks like a great location - I can see why you really enjoyed this spot. Do you have to have a Class A motorcoach to purchase or stay in this location? Also, hopefully we will see you around at The Cinco de Mayo festivities on Sunday!
I followed you back before you sold your house. I think you were commenting on The Roads We Roam. I don’t think you had started your channel. I originally wanted to buy an RV but changed my mind after a trip to Florida. December 2019 I had my Villages Lifestyle Visit and picked out a lot March 15th, 2020. That was the day we found out about Covid! I rented a patio villa in May 2020 and my house was built December 2020. I think you’re following me!😂😂
My in-laws have lived in that RV community for several years now. They really love it there because it's gated and has a swimming pool, and a community location. We would visit with them and then have dinner somewhere in the villages. After visiting the villages for so many years we decided to purchase a home there. My husband and I are closing on a house in the villages at the end of May.
Great story and attitude!!! ❤
I agree, experiences over having things cluttering your life.

It’s so interesting to see your journey these last four years and how you made it to TV. Have a great week you two.
Thx Michael! That’s a cute neighborhood and I’m sure it was peaceful during the past few years!! Lovely!!
We are here for our lifestyle visit. Where did you say Ms. Pacman was here? Staying at Atwood by brownwood paddock square.
Franklin Rec Center. Have fun!

Glad this popped up in my feed. Didn’t know you had a new channel. Good on ya. Looks very interesting
2020 was a CRAZY year! Very cool setup there. I cannot imagine going from 3,000 sq ft to such small quarters! Congratulations to your son! 😎
Love your content. Always look forward to your videos! ❤️❤️
Thank you so much!
What a great little set up. Your coach house is so cute! I hope when you put it and your RV on the market that it sells quickly 😁
Love the positive attitude! You guys are so inspiring. Thanks for making all this content!
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks!
Another awesome video
Thanks again!
OMG! Couldn't do it. So where did you keep your clothes? Must say though, Very NICE; will certainly sell quickly.
In the motor home.
Where did you live in Charlotte? We are in South Charlotte, right on the border of Matthews.

Awesomeness! Thanks!
Michael you might have a Realtor job in your future! 😂 Excellent tour!
Maybe one day… If this TH-cam thing doesn’t work out. 🤣 Thanks! 👍
