About Poppy Playtime
Poppy Playtime is a first-person survival horror where the player plays as a former employee of Playtime Co. who returns to the abandoned toy factory of said company after receiving a letter from the staff who were thought to have disappeared 10 years ago. The player discovers that the factory is filled with toys who are alive and malicious towards them, and starts looking for a way to escape the premises. Various VHS tapes can be found throughout the factory, each one giving a more in-depth explanation of the story.
The game utilizes multiple puzzles throughout, which the player must solve in order to progress further, with some requiring a gadget named the GrabPack, a backpack that can be equipped with two extendable hands which can be used to pull and reach objects from a far distance, conduct electricity, and access certain doors; in Chapter 2, it can also be used to swing across gaps and, with a green hand obtained during gameplay, transfer electricity between sources.
Plot
Chapter 1 - A Tight Squeeze
The player receives a package that contains a VHS tape, which shows a commercial for the titular doll Poppy Playtime and tours of the factory before abruptly cutting to spliced-in footage of graffiti of a poppy, and a letter from the missing staff, requesting them to "find the flower". They then enter the abandoned toy factory and, after solving the code to a security door, acquire the GrabPack, which they use to unlock the door to the lobby. After entering the lobby, the player is introduced to Huggy Wuggy, who is on display in the center of the room. While trying to unlock one door in the lobby, the power suddenly cuts, forcing them to restore power in the power room.
After heading back to the lobby, they discover that Huggy has disappeared from his display. The player then restores power to a control panel in order to control an overhead crane and retrieve the right hand of the GrabPack, which they use to unlock a hatch to a conveyor belt that leads to the "Make-a-Friend" section of the factory, where they restore power to the machinery and manufacture a toy. They then place the toy in a scanner and open a door to a hallway which, after the player enters, Huggy suddenly appears from and chases the player through the vents. After reaching a dead-end, the player pulls down a box and breaks part of the conveyor belt, causing Huggy to fall to the bottom of the factory. They then head to the aforementioned graffiti and open a door to a hallway, leading to a room where they find Poppy in a case which the player opens, freeing Poppy.
Chapter 2 - Fly in a Web
After freeing Poppy from her case, the player explores the back halls of the factory, eventually finding the office of Elliot Ludwig, Playtime's founder. After entering the vents in the office, they encounter Poppy, who thanks them for freeing her and offers to help them escape the factory by giving them a code to activate the factory's train. However, she is grabbed and pulled deeper into the factory. As they approach the Game Station where the train is located, the player encounters Mommy Long Legs, who holds Poppy hostage and takes the red hand from the player's GrabPack. She challenges the player to win the three games in the Game Station, and in return will give the player the code for the train, threatening to kill them if they disobey the rules. Making their way through the factory, the player crafts the green hand for the GrabPack and then proceeds through the three games.
The player is able to obtain two parts of the code before escaping during the third game, fleeing into the tunnels beneath the factory.

I like dogday got surrounded by fire and the wooden plank is gonna fall on him and catnap saves dogday and he takes him and craftycorn is stuck on the wooden planks and catnap tells it to know can they take it for granted and craftycorn dont feel so good and catnap is gonna save her and there's fire and catnap dont have time to be a coward and he puts dogday and his friends need a hero and he's gonna save craftycorn and he got her and craftycorn knows that its pretty hot in here and catnap and dogday are hitting her and catnap takes craftycorn and he's running to the door and miss delight holds the door and catnap, dogday, and craftycorn are going to the door and miss delight tells them to save theirself she cannot take this anymore and she tells them to save the others and the door is crushing on miss delight and its explode and catnap is running and craftycorn is gonna fall and she holds catnap's tail and dogday is gonna grab her and she got pushed on the fire and dogday is saying sorry to her that he failed her and craftycorn got burned and the doors are closed and craftycorn is dead and dogday knows that this is his fault and catnap tells him that its not and he takes him and he's going to the door and the prototype is here and he breaks the button and catnap and dogday are gonna go to the door and the prototype holds the door and he closed it on them and dogday tells catnap to know what can they do with the button broken and catnap is hitting the door and he's kicking it and he's crying and he's hugging with dogday and player is here and he use the green hand to take off the pipe and its releasing the water on fire and catnap got hit by a wooden plank and player tells them that the rest of the critters are still in danger they should go and rescue them before the fire eats them alive and he opens the vent and he takes dogday and catnap is going to the vent and player sees kickenchiken and he dont want to become fried chicken and player and catnap are getting out on the vent and kickenchiken, bobby bearhug, and hoppy hopschotch are on the top of the bed and player gets bobby bearhug and hoppy hopschotch and catnap takes kickenchiken and catnap is running away on the fire and they've reached a safe spot and player tells them that he found the prototype secret layer he's there for sure and catnap tells kickenchiken, bobby bearhug, and hoppy hopschotch to stay here and catnap and player are going to the tunnel and there's dead bones and catnap sees elliot ludwig and the scientist are on the tubes and catnap dont want them to be next and player is gonna inspect this place and the prototype is here with catnap and he scratch him and the prototype tells them what happened theyre screwed and player is gonna punch the prototype's leg and his hand got hurt and the prototype kicks him and he got catnap and player is gonna push the button and he sees the camera monitors that kickenchiken, bobby bearhug, and hoppy hopschotch are got burned and dogday is running away on the fire and player is better make haste and the prototype hits catnap and catnap is not afraid of him anymore and he scratch the prototype's face and catnap tells him to stand up and fight and the prototype punchs him and catnap tells him to hit him as much as he want he's not going to give up his reign of chaos ends here and the prototype is laughing and catnap tells him that he's dead serious and the prototype tells him that he's serious and catnap and the prototype are gonna fight each other and player use the green hand to charge the generator and the prototype is punching catnap and player is charging the green hand and the prototype punchs catnap and player use the green hand to electrify the prototype and the prototype is gonna punch catnap and he got electrified by the green hand and he's system his funtion and player gets catnap and the prototype is falling and he's dead and catnap tells player that theyre did it and catnap sees the smiling critters are in danger and player tells catnap that he know exactly what to do and he pushed the button and its raining on the fire and kickenchiken, bobby bearhug, hoppy hopschotch, and dogday are okay now and catnap and player are seeing elliot ludwig and the scientist are alive on the tubes and theyre leaving and elliot ludwig is drowning on the tube and i like it hornstromp😁
