I’ve found in later levels a lot of items need things from the rubber factory so that’s a good thing to upgrade.

I totally agree. I’m in 60 level now and have seen more demand to fill numerous orders from the rubber factory.

Feed Mill
Dairy factory
Sugar factory
Rubber factory
Clothing factory
Trains
These are all important to max out first. Then upgrade the rest.

Upgrading trains first is my opinion. So that you may not stuck in tools to upgrade and expansion.

I've only upgraded factories. Didn't realize I could upgrade trains too. 🤦🏽‍♀️

If you upgrade trains that will give you more chance to build houses and buildings faster.
