Brown detailed going through evidence in the case for years and he stated that Ray did not assassinate King, and he provided reasons to back up his claim. This was common knowledge. King's family was very vocal about not believing Ray killed King. Nobody has been lying. This is just clarifying a point of law that was never secret in the first place. It was a local matter anyway so the government never made a statement about it. It would be inappropriate to do so.

I Remember this as if it was yesterday! 4/4/1968! My Beloved Belated Grandmother, Senora Noni Adelaida Framcis- Golff gave me $10 to go to the store to buy a quart container of milk, aight bulb, and I Can't remember the 3rd item! I was 12 years old! I took one of my sisters' Adelaide Saidah with me to the Fedco Supermarket on Westchester Ave in the Bronx! When I went to buy 3 of the items I couldn't find the $10 which was in my jacket pocket that I discovered had a hole in it! My grandmother Never Hit me or beat me and I wasnt going to allow the opportunity even though I didn't do nothing really wrong except to lose $10 Innocently! So I picked my sister up and carried her on my hip and walked from the Bronx, NY over the Bridge over into Harlem! (Lord Help me that was a Looooong arse walk) Once We reached 145th St and Lenox Ave ( Now Malcom X Blvd) and that's when Folks Started Screaming " They Shot King, They Shot King, They Shot Martin Luther King!"
And Just in a Matter of Minutes the Next Cry was "King Died!" " Martin Luther King died!" Then in A Flash Harlem Exploded! Looting, Robbing, Breaking Into Stores, Assaulting Business Owners and Any one in the way! I ran carrying my little sister to our Cousins Mitt's And Maria's house who wasn't home so I had to find somewhere to keep my Lil Sister and myself safe! There is more to this story however I will stop right here!
Always thought the Ray guy Didn't Kill MLK, Jr!

Common denominator in both situations is none other than Jesse Jackson. He prayed over tupac alone while his mother stepped outside the room in the hospital some days after his second shooting. Doctors and nurses even stated tupac was going to make a full recovery. After Jesse finishes "praying" tupac's condition suddenly got worse. This is no coincidence. Jesse had to have slipped poison or something in his IV.
His obvious connection Martin Luther King Jr's death goes without say. Jesse made Martin switch rooms from the 1st floor to room 306 upstairs & sent his bodyguards home. Jesse lied about being with King on the balcony at the time of the shooting. Jesse lied about King dying in his arms.
It's no coincidence Jesse Jackson was right by 2 of the most powerful black activists before their deaths.

The first time I saw the film of MLK's assassination was in 7th grade and by the end of it, I was convinced I'd been lied to. I knew at the time that film was considered expensive, yet the first several seconds, someone is filming nothing but a closed second floor door. I began asking myself why was I seeing what I was seeing what I was seeing and continued throughout.
Then a black man in dark dress pants and jacket, but a white shirt sauntered out and half sat on the rail. He was followed by Jesse Jackson who was wearing a white shirt, dark trousers, but no jacket. It was the only time I've ever seen him look happy and he had a bounce in his step and grinning like a kid in a candy store and was talking a blue streak. When he finally took a breath, the first man pointed to Jackson's white-shirted belly. A look of pure terror took the big smile right off Jackson's face, and he suddenly turned and SPRINTED back into the hotel. ??? Then he came prancing back out, wearing the huge grin again and talking while he was buttoning up a dark suit jacket. Why was he so frightened about not having that jacket on and so confident when it was? Then Dr. King walked out. My immediate thought was that he looked like a man who knew he was walking to the gallows. And he was wearing dark pants and a white shirt with NO JACKET. Suddenly I realized why Jackson was terrified not to be in a jacket. All 3 men and the filmer all knew what was going to happen! As soon as he got to the rail, Dr. King was shot and dropped. What would YOUR reaction be if you were standing somewhere minding your own business when suddenly a shot rang out and someone right beside you dropped? Would you duck? Run for cover? Check the fallen person? Try to get everyone, including the fallen dragged back into the room and lose the door as quickly as possible? Jesse Jackson and the other guy did none of those! Instead, without a glance at Dr. King, the defiantly stood at the rail pointing in a direction I didn't think the shot could have come from. Even though they shouldn't have had any idea how many guns were out there or how many bullets they had, they showed absolute confidence that the shooting was over and they would never come under fire. How? Unless they were part of it? And the photographer never flinched. He's standing in the open, unprotected and he doesn't flinch or dive for cover or start panning around to try to catch the murderer on film. What would you do? He keeps the camera trained on Jesse Jackson. Doesn't care about anything else, not even Dr. King. I believed then and to this day they were all a part of the conspiracy. And there had to be a reason neither the FBI nor the main stream media made no effort to bring this to our attention. Please watch the original version if you can find it. Make up your mind for yourselves

I totally agree! I never comprehended what happened to MLK until I viewed this video. Joe Brown brought to bare all the key details, the critical elements of the puzzle of what happened, and very clearly James Earl Ray was NOT the killer, and even MLK's son said the exact same thing!! What I got out of Joe Brown's elegant analysis of what happened is that this was a DEEP STATE Operative Hit ordered by none other than J. Edgar Hoover who was a staunch Bigot Racist who hated and despised MLK. He is the one who ordered the hit on MLK using two under cover Deep State FBI Agents to murder MLK; then where Ray comes into the picture was he was the "Fall Guy" set up by Hoover to take the blame. Ray was Hoover's Patsy fall guy who he had a lot on due to Ray's Soviet ties, so he used Ray for his own evil purpose in the murder assassination of MLK. Hoover is the Master Mind Killer of MLK with his nasty racist SISSY self.
