Been to Varna a couple of times, and I get the title's "hidden motive", to be honest. Varna is a great city, with a huge potential overall, it's just it looks like it's been left behind by its administration, regretfully enough...🤷 Many parts of the city (even in the centre) are totally neglected, and you can tell it's been a long time this way,by the state of the the city's infrastructure, or even architectural legacy..😶 with, again, an enormous solid potential of the city... Hopefully, things start moving forward with time 🙏
@@PaulKalakit is robbed by the local untouchable mafia,otherwise with the income from huge tourism it has to be a great clean modern city with restored older homes and buildings...can you imagine they paid half a billion dollars to build one street but they didnt rrestored he old town works of art homes 100 and more years old,when one house needs arround 100 000 dollars to repair...it is outraigous,but the locals mafia called tim famous all arrou d bulgaria are multibillioners who claim to be patriots,but want to make the beautiful seagarden a concrete jungle,small soul thievs,god will deal with them,they also got the mayor for themselfs
