So they didn’t show it in the first video, but the woman who got arrested told the cop she hoped his wife gets raped. She said that when she was in the police car. It’s on camera so you should be able to find it

In the first one shes NOT wrong but the cops will do what they want. Unless you see someone actively throwing shit in the garbage they didn't have probable cause.
Anyone can throw anything into anyones trash.
But she should've kept her cool.
I bet the entire thing was thrown out because they didnt have the right to search. They needed a warrant.
They damn sure didnt have a right to just walk up in his house talking about they smell weed. That was also illegal.
So even though he had the bag, theyll have to drop all the charges.
But let that be a lesson to him.

You don't know what laws that have where that video was taken, so quite assuming shit. All it takes is a couple google searches and you'll find out everything you said is a) wrong, and b) the dude was arrested. Check yourself before you wreck yourself homeboy

The cops were completely wrong in that first one. Everything that the cop explained AFTER the fact, he should've explained BEFOREHAND.
Had he done THAT, then he would've had to come back with a warrant and that wouldnt have happened.
His sister wasnt in the wrong. Then because she was trying to get him to stop talking to them, they decided to put her in handcuffs.
All of that "stop resisting" bullshit was for that cop to be forceful with her when she was CLEARLY walking with them.
No. They wanted her to be quiet to make their job easier.
That was bullshit.
