I studied in Rouen and I loved it! Is a small city but with a lot of history, beautiful architecture, forests, bars, etc. Bordeaux is bigger and beautiful as well, is louder, with more things to do and more people as well. It will depend on the vibes you are looking for! Enjoy it!
Thank you for sharing this video, Bordeaux is a place I want to go and you just confirmed it, just beautiful, hope to get there soon! Really enjoyed it😊
You showcase this beautiful city very well with your great photography and editing. We just added Bordeaux to our France to do list. We are looking forward to viewing your past videos.
That is not exactly correct. I'm from Bordeaux, allow me to explain. Bordeaux is a city from the 17th and 18th centuries from an architectural point of view. Paris and its Haussmanian architecture dates from the 19th century. The one who designed today's Bordeaux is the royal intendant Louis-Urbain Aubert de Tourny. But it is true that Georges Eugène Haussmann was prefect of Gironde and Bordeaux in 1841, when he became prefect of the Seine and Paris in 1853, he was greatly inspired by the layout of the streets of Bordeaux to build Haussmanian Paris that we know today.

This seems to be a very charming place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
Place Gambetta, rue Saint Catherine, rue porte dijoux, jardin publique, grand théâtre, café le régent, café Gambetta église peyberlant, place de la victoire, gare Saint Jean.... ❤️
Great Video Israel. We’ll be traveling to Bordeaux in two weeks and im just checking YT to know some good spots to take photographs in the area. Great I stumbled on your video. Quick question, how’s drone restrictions around Bordeaux?
Hello Romel 😉 I didn’t have a drone when I went to Europe so I’m not familiar with the regulations there. I know it’s more strict so you should research before flying because there are fines. Good luck on your trip!
Thank you for the video! Quick question : you did not mention getting around … did you walk to all of those places ? Is there a hop off/on bus for tourists ??
Hello Joni 😉 yes I walked everywhere. The city is very walkable and the attractions are pretty close to each other. I only took a taxi to get to the city from the airport (which I don’t recommend because it was VERY expensive) btw there are trams in the city and they are very efficient. Hope this helps!
If anything, you have a bus that goes from airport to the train station, passing by the city center. It is a bit long (45 minutes), but it is very convenient price wise! It is the number 1, pretty easy to find. I definitely don’t recommend taking a taxi in Bordeaux, it is expensive and the tramways / bus can usually bring you anywhere :)
I only went to one restaurant in Bordeaux and it’s called “Chez Thérèse” but it wasn’t that good so that’s why I didn’t include it on the video. You can check on Trip Advisor for places to eat 😉
La plus belle ville d europe…c’è n est pas une ville. Mais un divin poeme….les bordelaises charme et simplicite…quant a leurs beaute. Oh mon dieu………me manque tant. Tant tant❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ ❤e ❤non mi ❤❤ e non mi mi ha
Thank you Jim 😉 I think things were closed cause it was Sunday and in France a lot of things close on Sundays. I also think it’s because of COVID but I’m not sure. I think if you go there now things will be open.
Hello 😉 I think you won’t have any problems. French people are very health conscious so I’m sure you’ll find plenty of vegan food. Good luck on your trip 🙌🏽
🤔you know Israel, I like how you think. I'm going to Europe on Xmas day for 2weeks and I'll be spending 3days in Paris. You know I gotta get out of the Instagram influenced mindset of traveling by only visiting places I'm familiar with. Travel is all about get to know unfamiliar places and people. Been to Rome - Soo many tourists and trash by the Trevi. I need to think unconventionally. Thanks for great content. 👍🏾
See you soon all friends. I am full of Lebanon and all his problèmes, beautiful country but bad located and many political problems. Lebanon is finish.

I am planning on studying in either Bordeaux or Rouen this summer......I think this video is swaying me towards Bordeaux!
Moi aussi !
Je vais également étudier à Rouen ou à Bordeaux cet été.
Peut-être pourrions-nous nous rencontrer.
J'ai adoré Bordeaux dans cette vidéo.

Paris was made after bordeaux by the same architect, that's why you can find similarities

Lovely video, but you missed the miroir d'eau which mirrors the Bourse by the river, it is essential when visiting Bordeaux!
It was not working when I went there. It was being cleaned I think 😭
@IsraelPlata when I went it was cloudy every day so I missed it too
Quelle est la distance en train depuis Paris vers Bordeaux ?
Great place… did you visit Merignac?

Thank you ☺️ I use a Canon T6i and an iPhone 13 pro max
My favourite city after Paris and I absolutely adore cannelet!
Thank you for making this. We are traveling to Bordeaux in May. Do you recommend any restaurants, or cafes?

I'd recommend the Place du parlement, it is a very cosy square with restaurants, cafes and ice creams that is really comfortable in the summer

How easy would you say it is in Bordeaux to find good vegan food? I am visiting soon and I would love to know your take. Thank you 🙏
Hello 😉 I think you won’t have any problems. French people are very health conscious so I’m sure you’ll find plenty of vegan food. Good luck on your trip 🙌🏽
Yes most restaurants have vegan options nowadays in France. You can always ask the staff tho =)
Yo estuve EN Bordeaux però Como Capital del Vino se te olvido hacer ver las Vinotecas que Hay Alli y que sin unas maravillas.
