Sir, please make a complete details video on 'polyclonal and monoclonal antibody "for exam. All this video on ' hypersensitivity reaction' helps me a lot. Thanks to you for this.
hi, was just wondering if B cells would be involved in any aspect of this immune reaction? I understand that antibodies are not produced but do the B cells act in any other ways?
In Type 1 DM and MS, can i say that the lymphoctes are sensitised in the first exposure to the islet of langerhans or schwanna cells. then they become memory lymphocytes and they just attack these cells again? So does this mean that memory lymphocytes can straight bind to the antigen and does not need any help from APC?
hello dr saab..i have a query in delayed hyper sensitivity reaction when cd4 is activated by antigen presenting cells (like in case of tuberculin test) they became sensitive and wait for the antigen to re enter the body. why they don't follow the tradianal path like garbbing the tuberculin molecule presenting the antigen to b cells and provoke a humoral response instead of cell mediated and damaging the tissue by casies necros? and thank you for your contributions
+Sulaiman Gran it is not that the cells will only work through one pathway. It is the predominance of the result. All mechanisms that can engage in a given situation do become engaged. Some are more effective than others.
He is actually talking about memory cytotoxic t cell in skin formed after primary exposure the work in kind of same way as memory B cells they also don't need costimulation for activation
sir, type 1 diabetes is disease which is due to type 4 hypersensitivity section- intracellular pathogenic antigen where macrophage activates T1cell which in turn activates macrophage by IL12 and IFN gamma cycle and cause damage to tissue. ok but what is the pathogen here?
This is the best video regarding type 4 hypersensitivity! Thank you!
Bokan sb: you are correct MS affects white matter of the CNS. These are Oligodendrocytes.
Fantastic!!!! Thank u n God Bless u n ur loved ones. 👏👏👏

Very nice teaching sir thanku very much keep it up god work for students
Thanku much Sir for hypersensitivity lectures.. these helped alot .. thanku once again
My pleasure. Check out drbeen.com for more lectures.
Thank you Dr. Mobeen
You are welcome!
thank you so much . you are really great doctor
Thank you!
Very interesting teaching thank you so much, have u made any video on Serology tests?
Not yet.
Thanks drbeen, very good explanation
Pleasure. Check drbeen.com for more lectures.
Thank you. Helpful and quite in deapth.
Thank you Sir...it was super
very clear. thank u so much.
aditya malladi you are welcome!

Superb sir nice explaination
Sir,
Please upload a lecture on coagulation cascade and coagulation tests integrated within.
Thank you Sir.
Expecting a positive response.
Amazing Dr Mobeen
Thank you very much doctor mobeen ., please is there a video about hypersensitivite type 1 and 2 !!!?
+imane amy yes. Check in the videos or visit drbeen.com and go to immunology module (it is free). There you will find all videos in a list.
MS = demyelination of oligodendrocytes
GBS = demyelination of schwann cells
You are just amazing thank you so much god bless you
I really gone fan of u sir
Thank you, dear. Study well.
Immunology Video: Hypersensitivity Type IV

thank u so much sir...can u plz upload hypersensitivity 2 lecture as well :)
+aakash sharma will do!
Thank you, the lecture was laid out in a very organized manner and was very inclusive. The camera man could take a little less artistic license.
Thank you for your comments Eric Watkins. I enjoyed the camera man's license thought from you :-)
Thank you sir🥰🥰😊
guillean barre is a type 2 hypersensitivity due to antigenic similiaruty to camplobacter.
thankyou so much. god bless you!!
Thank you and God Bless
Sir,which one is for T Cell-mediated Cellular Immunity?
Is der any specific pathogen for multiple sclerosis? like for tuberculosis myobacterium wich goes into the body n causes this reaction
thanks a lot ... it was helpfull
Where do you find the informations? in which book can i find it ??
Will you plz upload type 2 hyper sensitivity?
superb
Thanks

Dr what about costimulus for Cytotoxic T cell activation in Contact Dermatitis?
Can killer T cell function properly without co-stimulus Il-2 ???
Co stimuli is not needed for killing function, it is only required to activate CD8+ T cell
He is actually talking about memory cytotoxic t cell in skin formed after primary exposure the work in kind of same way as memory B cells they also don't need costimulation for activation

No pathogen is involved for type 1 DM.
Sir ,,,make a video about type2 hypersensitivity pls
which type of auto immune disease does crohn's disease come under?
but blistering in pemphigoid vulgaris and bullous phemphigus is type 2??
warthins tumour is also a type 4 reaction
I'm getting distracted by the cameraman moving too much, still a nice lecture
Tq
same with candida test ri8
diabete II is hypersensivity ??
No. Diabetes Mellitus type I is.
Please tell the camera man to stop moving around too much!!!! my head is spinning goshhhhhh
Thank you very much u are indeed great
You are most welcome. Study well and continue being the best! Check drbeen.com for more lectures.
