- We made burnt chicken feather's dish and fried with rice. It was very delicious. You can see how Wachipa is made. There is only a short clip. Burnt Chicken Feather is used as spices and put in different dishes. It is also called Wachipa or Tite. Usually while butchering the chicken, it is submerged in hot water and the feathers are taken out. Instead of that the Local Chicken is burnt in fire. Then burnt feathers are collected. It is only possible to make Wachipa from local chicken. Later on that is used as spices. We make Burnt Chicken Feather's Dish that way.
