Idk why they weren't doing the metal with Turbo, or why they started doing awful gimmicks like sling shock or hyper sphere, and then idk what was going on with sparking but it felt like hasbro was telling us they dont care anymore...and then Quad drive is actually cool in theory, but in practice having 2 drivers in 1 sorta limits what kind of drivers you can make

It is very funny to think that today, the fake beyblades that copy those of Takara Tommy, are much better in quality and similarity to the originals than those made by Hasbro.

Yeah It's hard to get the pros. I purchased the quads double pack for my son and I returned em. They absolutely suck. And burst too easy. I still use my beyblades from 1999 when I was a kid vs my son who's 10. I beat him everytime smh.

Probably not actually as in the trailer for QuadStrike it shows Bel still with the TT Devastate Belfyre before upgrading to Divine and it’s highly likely Valt will have TT Ultimate Valtryek if that’s the case since they can’t just change that out of nowhere. It would mess with the continuity

I kind of like divine xcalius's color scheme and ultimate Valtryek. I wish they didn't make the drivers so egg shaped like you said tho. It makes them scrape a lot more and loses stamina very fast.

Grew up with the gen 1 beys and metal series, idk how a whole generation thought the burst series was ever nice, they feel so cheap and flimsy with all the plastic, glad they made the move to go back to metal with the burst technology on BX

I tried to paint Ultimate and got the chip looking pretty good but the blade is a lost cause 😑
Back in the Plastic Gen, Hasbro parts were near-equal to, and sometimes even better than their TT equivalents; once the hybrid wheel system was introduced this trend continued. Things started to drop off when 4D rolled around. Post-God Chip was the tipping point really.
The thing that upsets me with hasbro is that their beyblades weren’t even that bad up until their rise series.

If Hasbro and Takara are making the EXACT SAME paint, plastic, and design for Transformers Studio Series. They got ZERO excuses to not do the same for Beyblade X.

For colors, I still don't get why there is orange on Evo Valtrek? Also the the outer yellow wings are missing as well. I don't really blame Hasbro for rubber or not having a clear top layer because the layer is 1 piece.
Glows in the dark. Forget which stadium but one of them makes the bets glow. So the colors are weird on certain releases.
