lmbo I'm watching this after my registration for UT (I had it Wednesday)...I can confirm it is highly stressful. Especially when you're all by yourself lol

Honestly, registration at UT was the most stressful thing I’ve experienced in years
They make everything a pain in the ass for no reason with closing classes, putting bars on your account, and only having like 2 sections of a very popular class that’s needed for majors. I hated the registration at UT.
Ehhhh I wouldn’t be so hung up on ratemyprofessor only because everyone’s experience is different and sometimes people leave bad reviews on purpose. Generally, most professors aren’t really cut out to teach anyways because all they have training in is their subject, not how to relate to students etc. Point is, speak to trusted upperclassmen or just go for it and drop later.
Picking classes seems so stressful...and now I have to do it online at home this summer 😔
My dad did his MS in Electrical Engineering there. Jobs he got later paid obscene amounts of money. It's a great school.

Lol I was there for an Internship in the second half of July and saw a bunch of college freshmen doing orientation
i was gonna try to apply to UT as an out of state student... but now im seeing a person with a resume like yours going there and mine really doesn't match up. big sad. hopefully i can go but damn :(

8:17 did you get your associates degree in high school? If so did they allow all your credits to be transferred? And did you have to take a freshmen hall for your dorm?
I thought he just said he just got all his math credits done. The most likely scenario is AP. Public schools in Texas are required to accept a score of at least 3 for some kind of college credit. For the associate degree thing, there are several public schools called early college schools where you take a bunch of dual credit classes (I believe starting in freshman year hs), paired with Austin Community College (ACC) classes. ACC is a great way to save money if you don't mind not having the typical 4 year college experience. You earn an associate's degree (either after high school or through dual credit classes) and just transfer in as a junior into basically any public college in Texas.

Well I gotta say you made your video much more interesting than I made my three lol.. I was so uninspired by my orientation it was literally an effort to make myself edit the videos.. Anyway nice vid good luck with multi-variable calculus I'm gonna stick with my easy classes!

Hey Athony I was wondering if you had enough AP credits to get your degree early.(getting your degree in less than 4 years).
hey kev! great question--I actually have thought of that before too, but unfortunately the Business Honors program I am a part of does not allow its students to graduate early, as there is a strict timeline of courses we are required to follow. I'll make the best out of all my 4 years, though!
Hello Anthony, I like your Show really interesting me to be who you are.I wish that I have a chance to be in school with you, People that I see today I am jealous of especially the young ones, when I was young I was living in the jungle and sleeping on a tree at the age of nine and learned to survive on my own. I eat snake, rat, and cricket to name a few. When I was 14 years old they taught me how to kill and I was also a child solider for almost 10 years. I was born in Cambodia now I am living in the US, I learned the hard way now I'm changed there is nothing wrong with me, tell them be proud for what they have especially now. Take a step back, reunite with their parents, offer a "life" give them hugs every day and don't forget to smile and love in return. If you run out of inspiration or ideas, music is also a medicine, you should check out the alternative rock band littleusmusic.com They write music to heal the soul, and I know they're currently writing new material, With Covid-19 going around, they are looking to book short runs and tours to bring back joy after the chaos is over. If you collaborate with them in your future speech, I believe it’s a win-win situation as far as cross promotion, I am sure they would be honored
