I’m currently majoring in Healthcare administration & plan on getting my masters in HRM do you think i will still need SHRM?

Personally I feel like you should do some research before getting your masters. I say that because you can get the job with just a bachelors degree . If you want to be on the safe side you can see if you can get your healthcare admin degree with a concentration/minor in Human Resources. I did some research a while ago and found that jobs love the SHRM because it proves you know the job, with a masters degree you’ll still need experience of some sort. Hope this makes sense

@ this does make sense! Thank you so much i may just get my masters in public health and get SHRM I’ve been looking at alot of different paths i could take but my ultimate goal is just to be a healthcare recruiter. I see a lot of people getting in HR with off the wall degrees so i been wondering if my masters in HRM would even be worth it
