Chiappa is releasing the new LTL Charlie at the end of the month. Its a more powerful version of the Alfa/Bravo that will use an actual magazine for ammo so you don't need to load it under the barrel. I love my Bravo, but I'm looking forward to the Charlie for my EDC. I also keep a 50 Joule HDX for home defense. It fired a 4.6 gram round at 320-340 mph.
I have a Charlie (arrived yesterday) and I yet not tested it! 50 steel balls and 10 tank. 2 external magazines with 5 shots both. Really massive and real weight! Upper part in iron, down part in really optimized plastic fibre. Longer barrel for real best precision than Bravo. I read it has 12/18j but I think the real situation is 12j but I need to check. PLEASE WHEN NOT USING, DEPRESURIZE IT EJECTING THE USED TANK to obtain a long life! (price 360 all included here in Italy) (sorry for my funny english).
@@aldoskyz8 No problem... From what I've been told it hits 20-23 Joules depending on the type of ammo used. RuneRebel had the 7.5 Joule version because of restrictions in Norway, but he liked it and said it was about the size of a Desert Eagle. Please let us know how it works for you once you get the time to test it 😋
@@Joreel Ah, lol, in Italy I can obtain it cause a national law writted by some idiots that can't permit me to obtain a 7,5 joule marker but permit me to obtain a 12,5 joule version (ahh.. Italy..) but lucky for me and sure, when I test it I give you my impression about. The strange thing is : WHO modified RuneRebel Chiappa Charlie (minimum 12,5j) to a 7,5 j version? This is worst than censorship! Bravo and Charlie born to provied min 12,5j so really bad someone can modify that to reduce power. Like put one ton over a Ferrari to make it slowest.. :( so bad
@@aldoskyz8 the Charlie comes in three flavors and unfortunately 7.5 is the max Norway allows CO2 powered launchers to be out of the box. Now nothing stops people from tweaking them once they have them... 👀
