I’ve made it for my husband using Italian sausage and Rana cheese stuffed tortellini and shrimp and Rana cheese stuffed ravioli. I add spinach, mushrooms, green and black olives, roasted red peppers, PURPLE onions 😉, and the mozzarella pearls in oils and herbs are a must my husband says!!

I made the toddeloni tonight however I don't have a Blackstone yet but made it on my induction burner in a pan it was so good I used freshly grilled chicken and tortellini made with prosciutto and cheese from Rana. Spinach tomatoes olive Garden Italian Dressing with extra Italian seasonings added plus basil and sprinkled Parmesan over the top to finish. It was sooo goooood. I will be making it again also made some more of your feta pasta few days ago it was so good, as well. I was thinking that Italian hot sausage cooked with the tortelloni in the toddeloni instead of grilled chicken or even a nicely grilled skirt , flank steak or for a seafood version grilled shrimp, salmon or a good fish like grilled swordfish would be an alternate options as well. And for vegetarians portobello Mushroom in a large diced another option. Also substitute Broccoli florets or kale for the spinach. The Toddeloni is very versatile dish for any table. And if anyone hasn't tried or had an opportunity to fix the feta pasta it definitely is a recipe that has much variations and options that has a lot of versatility.

I have some tortellini, but it’s not precooked. Bag says to boil it. So do I need to boil it before throwing on the Blackstone, or can I just go straight to the griddle?

I love the recipe get rid of the good but you have way too many sponsored ingredients that I just don’t have on hand and most people don’t what advice is make this a regular people recipe that’s so Gucci OK
