Chris Hadfield is not just a national treasure, he's an international treasure..
And our space ambassador...if i may add...😊
I guess, the mustache is what makes you a commander on the space station :)
And the Chris's videos are truly great!
only mustachioed men can be trusted as commanders, to be honest
100%

I wonder how often Hadfield drops things now that he's back on earth? I suspect I would constantly expect things to float while I did something else quickly with both hands. I also love, that he constantly looks like he's playing with zero gravity, that's fantastic. Who could stop playing with it?
05:33 Chris is almost reluctant to pass the command on and leave the ISS. He had so much fun on board in orbit :)
ISS is the greatest thing to happen in my lifetime. To see multiple countries that squabble on Earth come together so efficiently off World? Truly the best of us are sent up there. Up there it seems as though they tap into some forgotten concept of being Human and what it means to collaborate, compromise and live. With all this separatism and division on Earth, the ISS and it's crew are an amazing example of Humanity. I remember when Commander Hadfield landed after his time on the station, seeing him receive such a warm welcome back was something I'll never forget. From all of us Earthbound folk, thank you for all your efforts and sacrifices you had to make to let us experience (although vicariously) the beauty and sublimity of Space.
I had goosebumps when Housten started talking at the end! As a fellow Canadian myself, Im thankful that he took the time to thank Chris and the rest of the crew for their work!
Awww, Love how Chris talks to Vinogradov in Russian, he's so awesome!!! :( I'm really gonna miss him. Good luck to the new expedition!!!
I've really enjoyed watching Chris' adventures in space and i'm sad to see him go. However, he is now even more of a legend in my eyes now i know he can speak Russian fluently! The guy's awesome!
Chris Hadfield had a fourth unstated goal that he accomplished quite well: Education of humans and development of our interest in space flight, exploration and science. Job very well done Col. Hadfield.
I love how casually he lets go of the mic at :47, knowing it's just going to float there. So cool.. :)
Thanks Chris, you got me and a pretty large circle of friends and family fascinated with your videos, and watching you pass over here. Truly inspiring!
Thank you, Commander Chris and Expedition 35 crew. Your video blog and pictures have been nothing short of awe inspiring. You have made thousands of people across the world excited about space travel again, and hopefully inspired a new generation of scientists.

PS - The Canadian Space Agency is not "dead" now that Commander Hadfield/ Expedition 35 is coming home. It's simply a transference of authority aboard the ISS. Thus, this channel will post videos as it did prior to and during Commander Hadfield's expedition.
Thanks chris for taking your time on the ISS to make all the amazing videos!
Me and alot of people watching this video salute you
:)

Welcome back, Commander Hadfield. You've accomplished your mission and reminded an entire generation that "up" is a plausible direction to travel.
Absolutly fantastic crew and Commander. Thanks for all you've done at ISS. Павел Владимирович, добро пожаловать на МКС и отличного полета.
Ive totally enjoyed watching Hadfields vlogs. He's a natural, talking to the camera. I hope he does a video after he returns to Earth about what it feels like to return to Gravity after 5 months in space.
Aw man! I cant believe I missed out on all of Hadfield's adventures! I just recently discovered this channel and he's already back on earth...lol
I 'm sad to see him go but I hope Chris gets one of his long lingering showers that he's been missing these many long months aboard the space station. Congratulations Chris I'm sure you've inspired another generation of Canadians and people of all nations to pursue their interest in space. Thank you.
Chris please keep making videos. I like to see a video on how you find it back on earth after being up there for nearly 150 days.
Loved the videos, good lick
We'll miss you!! Have a safe trip home!
Man needs to put their petty squabbles aside and look towards space. Man needs to take the next step of evolution from terrestrial to extra terrestrial
Спасибо, Крис!
I agree this is more than awesome . God bless Chris and the team
The ammonia leak is so freaky to me was so freaky cause I was just watching the video of you (Chris) talking to STEM students and one asked what is the worst fear/stress and you mention the ammonia leak and how serious it was. I'm really glad your crew and people down on Earth were able to fix the scary situation.
Have a safe return to Earth. I'll be watching the skies for you.
As an American, I'd like to thank Canada for helping to guide spaceship earth. We would be far worse off without you.
Pavel Vinogradov is 60 years old and is still flying. Amazing.
I am realing gonna miss his awesome videos... :(
Wow, this is so sad, but so wonderful at the same time... I guess most things in life are like this though... Godspeed Mr. Hadfield!! And good luck to you Mr. Vinogradov!
I love how he can let go of the mic and it just stays there.
Good luck on the way home, guys!
Приятно познакомиться, командир. And safe travels, Col. Hadfield!
Wow. I'm really going to miss these videos... :-/
This is the most amazing thing!
Great work Hadfield!
Hopefully Hadfield keeps making videos, even on earth. And hopefully the new crew make the same quality videos too, and research of course
Your amazing Chris.
Safe journey, Chris !!
The Russians only have to speak russian. Since no other agency in the ISS program can fly people into space at the moment, all the international astronauts have to fly on Soyuz, and have to be trained to do so. The spacecraft is russian, it's instructors are russian and so the only way to get by is to learn russian yourself. Thats one of the reasons why the training program to get to the ISS is 4 years long.
Да
Not anymore since space x just was able too
I'm going to miss watching these videos and watching the beautiful pictures posted every day. On the plus side, Chris Hadfield will be back on earth and hopefully doing some kind of speaking tour, so maybe I'll get to see him live!!
Chris! Do more videos on earth of you getting use to earth!
well those videos don't have to stop. it is just sad that we can't see chris hadfield anymore
Great job Chris!
Your awesome Chris!!!!!
I love it when he lets go of the microphone and I remember he's actually in space :D
