One Pot Creamy Garlic Protein Pasta MUKBANG! Meatless Protein Pasta with 40g Protein / Serving!

  • Pasta with 40g protein and less than 600 cals/serving?! And no meat?! And not gluten free?! Oh yes, we did. And omg, it’s so delicious. Honestly tastes like mac + cheese. And of course you can add meat if you’d like for even more protein!
    How I did it:
    Add 1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp oil to a pan, then add 10 cloves minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then add 32oz bone broth (beef or chicken, if you plan to add chicken or beef you can choose broth based on that) and 1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese that's been blended with 1 cup of whole milk. Season with salt then bring to a simmer, then add 1lb pasta of choice and simmer till the pasta is al dente, adding more milk or broth if needed. Make sure to move the pasta around every so often so it doesn't stick. And you can really add the nutritional yeast in with the milk/broth before you add the pasta in too (2 tbsp) so it's easier to mix in. Once the pasta is pretty much done, add your parmesan cheese and serve topped with a bunch of fresh parsley. I did crushed Ritz crackers in the vid but the sauce was too thick to make them stay crispy. If you still want something crunchy, maybe try a toasted breadcrumb or something else crunchy you like! lol Macros + cals based on 4 servings!

    Vegan here. I tried nootch. Couldnt get down with it. Ive finally found a few vegan nut based cheeses that are good. 1. Kite hill almond based ricotta 2. Tree line cashew based cracked black pepper. Mykonos cashew based mozzarella. Heat any of em up and add almond based “silk” yourt and almond milk to make a creamy sauce for any dish. I also add fresh ground black pepper, white pepper & pink himalayan salt.

    I've done a mix of cottage cheese, heavy cream, tofu, spices, herbs, all in the blender and added to a pan to make a sauce. Yum! #ChefAdvice

    I made this!!! And it was amazing.
    It tasted very rich and indulgent tbh. I couldn’t have too much. But it’s mostly guilt free since I get my pasta but I’m not downing a bunch of cream.

      Yess you could use protein pasta too! I would stay away from gluten free since they get *super* starchy so it would get really gloopy I think 😅 the protein pasta is prob like 2-3 grams more protein per 2oz serving, and I counted 1 serving as 4os here, so would be like 4-6g more!
