Me over here as a 1980 baby screaming the answers with absolute certainty and a profound sadness that I was born with ZERO musical talent and 100% musical appreciation 😂
Same. Born in 88, loved music my whole life. But can’t sing worth a flip, barely learned how to play guitar and I wouldn’t call what I do “dancing” but it is what it is.
"Any songs that I missed?" Well, as an 80s kid who has a 80s playlist just under 400 songs, the answer is Yes, yes I do! 😂 Phil Collins, Huey Lewis, Duran Duran, The Cars, Chicago, Billy Joel, Lionel Richie, Hall & Oates - just to name a few!
Nick absolutely pulling an Izzy by "playing defense" in Jason's ear 😂 I was born in 1990, so most 80s songs I learned only as retro tracks many years later. Which makes it hard to pick a favorite; can we just say "all glam rock and hair metal"? 😂 My favorite Depeche Mode song is Christmas Island... only by default, because it's the only one I know, and I only know it because it was used in the Hawkeye TV series 😂
One of my faves from the 80s was “Straight Outta Compton”. Not only for the song itself, but it single handledly started a movement..and all by this group of teens from Compton. Amazing.
"Let's Dance" by David Bowie was the ultimate middle finger to his previous record company - google the story if need be. It was awesome in SO many ways. :D
Just realized that if you line up the titles of my favorite 80s songs together. You get a poem of my life... The Man in the Mirror had a little patience while getting soaked in the purple rain he heard a carless whisper because his true colors where showing.
80's song lyrics, omg love the 80's, best decade EVER for music, let me see how many I know. The GoGo's was the only song lyrics I didn't know, I disappoint myself lol
This video made me realize what songs were missing in my playlists. Thanks for letting me know what was missing out on and making me realize how much older I am now today lol
Love these 80s songs throwback But you know a great artist who has been forgotten from that era: Debbie Gibson. React should introduce some of her songs to the teens because she was famous during her teens, singing and writing her hits.
Born in 1996, but I got 80% of these right. Parents were huge 80s fans and especially anything that was super popular in Germany/Europe in the 80s, I know of.
From “Hello I Must Be Going” the song “I Don’t Care Anymore” by Phil Collins is on par with his other hit “In The Air Tonight” as far as Phil’s immaculate drumming is concerned, if you don’t believe me listen to them back to back and take in the ambiance of it.
I am ashamed that I couldn't figure out the bandname 'Depeche Mode' for nr 12 my head was like 'Lacuna Coil' but I knew that they only covered it in 2006
thank you for saving the teams that answered correctly until later on, after the slower one figure it out. helps to watch with you guys and play along, but it always sucked when the first team was shown as getting the answer quickly before everyone else. thank you.
7:36 My favorite Madonna's song would have to be "La Isla Bonita." 11:20 If I may say so, Freddie Mercury's shoes are a very big pair for someone to fill in, but Adam Lambert is actually doing a very good job fronting Queen at the moment.
Favourite MJ Song? Smooth Criminal. Favourite George Michael song? Careless Whisper, and neither of them are of their own versions. Much prefer Alien Ant Farm and Seethers versions.
Nick and Jason are giving off dads on vacation vibes. Can anybody say cruise ship?
Jason & Nicholas rockin the neon blue design shirts.😂😂
they're like twins
@@mirayoon1992😂😂 exactly.
80's and GenX finally getting some love. Thanks REACT folks, for not forgetting us too :D
Y’all missed your opportunity to Rick-roll them. 🤣
Me over here as a 1980 baby screaming the answers with absolute certainty and a profound sadness that I was born with ZERO musical talent and 100% musical appreciation 😂
Haha yeah, my thoughts exactly! Born in 84, I love music and art so much, but have absolutely no talent for either 😅
Same. Born in 88, loved music my whole life. But can’t sing worth a flip, barely learned how to play guitar and I wouldn’t call what I do “dancing” but it is what it is.
96 kid here and also no hesitant on the answers. Lol I love this music.
@@markgregory983I’m an ‘83 baby and idk when your bday is, but welcome to the 40s!
I was the same for all of them, and I'm a 2000 kid lol. I grew up listening to this music
Jason and Nick-- the duo I didn't know I needed in my life, hahah!
"Any songs that I missed?" Well, as an 80s kid who has a 80s playlist just under 400 songs, the answer is Yes, yes I do! 😂
Phil Collins, Huey Lewis, Duran Duran, The Cars, Chicago, Billy Joel, Lionel Richie, Hall & Oates - just to name a few!
jason and nick's shirts are 🔥💯🫶 and kinda twinsies and i'm loving it!!
Nick is the man for name-dropping Take A Bow! My favorite Madonna song. Shout out Babyface!
I am here for the "Favourite uncle and nephew" vibe coming from Jason and Nick.
Came to comments to say this! I love that they wore similar outfits in this one.
Love when you do the rewind for when they get the answer really quick, gives us a chance to participate! Do this more please, as standard!
You need to put Alex and Nick together for a lyric battle. Watch Nick sing his made up songs to throw Alex off.
How many times do React producers play Cyndi Lauper girls just want to have fun in a music game trivia? There are so many great song from the 80's
Please do this with songs older than the 80s. The 50s, 60s, and 70s, had amazing music as well.
lmfao love when Nick says "Oh biscuits" Also love us some 80s music.
I remember when I was in high school one of my friends would keep singing Faith, and just kind of randomly, too.
Nick absolutely pulling an Izzy by "playing defense" in Jason's ear 😂
I was born in 1990, so most 80s songs I learned only as retro tracks many years later. Which makes it hard to pick a favorite; can we just say "all glam rock and hair metal"? 😂
My favorite Depeche Mode song is Christmas Island... only by default, because it's the only one I know, and I only know it because it was used in the Hawkeye TV series 😂
Karen is hilarious, love that she went all out with the wig😂😂
My favorites atm are New Order’s “Bizarre Love Triangle” and “Blue Monday”.
Did Nick and Jason coordinate on the shirt? 😂
Nick and Jason the dynamic duo
I loved Nick and Jason together 😂
Nick had me laughing the entire episode!!!
@@thisbejasonm I think you both had us all laughing the entire time!!
i love how excited this particular producer gets lol
Im pretty sure Alex is unbeaten at song lyric challenges , however Karen gave him a good run for his money
One of my faves from the 80s was “Straight Outta Compton”. Not only for the song itself, but it single handledly started a movement..and all by this group of teens from Compton. Amazing.
Spreading The Disease by Queensryche. Just read the lyrics because they are timeless even though they are so specific.
Alex really struggled today, normally he annihilates the competition.
Julie's music taste is *chef's kiss*. Always fun watching these videos she produces that are about music. I feel embraced. Lol
Those matching shirts!
😳 Nicholas and Jason together??😍😂
💜🖤💜
Please have Karen on more episodes if possible. She's cool.
It's good seeing Original people like Jason in videos
JASON and NICK are my favourite duo of Zaddies....😅
Aw....
Depeche Mode..."Walking In My Shoes" ABSOLUTE BANGER!!!
I like Karen; please have her back on.. she has a WONDERFUL, bubbly personality!! 😃
"Let's Dance" by David Bowie was the ultimate middle finger to his previous record company - google the story if need be. It was awesome in SO many ways. :D
Really liking Jason and Nick's shirts! The summer time vibes are strong.
It seems like everyone had fun. Jason and Nicholas did a great job, it looks like their shirts are matching a little bit.
Nick was trying to dress as me 😂
"I was kinda going for, like, Jennifer Beals but I kinda look like Slash."
I...I mean, she's not wrong 😂😂😂
Jason and nick out there in matching shirts! They were vibes.
Go Karen! She needs to be on more of these!
With Go-Go's I'm kind of surprised they didn't go with We Got The Beat.
Karen, you are so fun and great! Hope to see more of you!
I’m living for Karen’s energy
Just realized that if you line up the titles of my favorite 80s songs together. You get a poem of my life... The Man in the Mirror had a little patience while getting soaked in the purple rain he heard a carless whisper because his true colors where showing.
One that's a definite Depeche Mode bop, that's also a personal favorite of mine, is People Are People. Goddamn love the message of that song!
Nick confirms my crush on him with every video I see that he’s in. 😂 This confirmed it even more.
Favorite MJ Songs: Billie Jean, Beat It, Bad, & Thriller
Favorite Prince Songs: Purple Rain, Batdance, Partyman, 1999
Favorite George Michael Song: Father Figure
Favorite 80's song: Nasty, Ghostbusters, Walk This Way, It's Tricky
Nick... you make me happy in so many ways! 🤣🥰
80's song lyrics, omg love the 80's, best decade EVER for music, let me see how many I know. The GoGo's was the only song lyrics I didn't know, I disappoint myself lol
Jason is Freakinh Handsome
Jason and Nicholas are biological brothers!
A great video! Anything that highlights the 80's is fantastic! Oh, and Karen really looks like she's in the 80's, you go girl.
One Night in Bangkok, "I get my kicks above the waistline, sunshine"
My personal favorite Michael Jackson song is Black Or White. And I love the message the song has.
Help I knew our lips are sealed because I did head over heels the musical, a go gos jukebox musical 💀
My favorite David Bowie song, 'When the world falls down'. Lol
From the movie Labyrinth?! My favorite song too!
They should showcase: Debbie Gibson, Tiffany, Jody Watley, Pebbles, Expose and The Jets.
I second Pebbles
Fav MJ song is a tie between "You Rock My World" & "Will You Be There"
Most anything out of 'Off the wall' album
Mine would either be “Billie Jean” or “Smooth Criminal”
Usually I expect Alex to run away with these things, but Karen really gave him a run for the money.
This video made me realize what songs were missing in my playlists. Thanks for letting me know what was missing out on and making me realize how much older I am now today lol
"Oooooo, rock me Amadeus!"
5:23 that boy nick became a poet 🤣
My favorite MJ song is beat it and my favorite prince song is 1999 and when doves cry
Love those videos with Alex, he's so great and his voice is so beautiful
There was a reason why I like Nick. When he said Madonna's Take a bow, that was all I needed. That song is a masterpiece.
More of this. I enjoyed the heck outta this video.
Play the 80s 🔥💙
Take on me - a-ha , is my favorite 💕
Hope for another video like this one eventually please 🤞
Love these 80s songs throwback
But you know a great artist who has been forgotten from that era: Debbie Gibson. React should introduce some of her songs to the teens because she was famous during her teens, singing and writing her hits.
Tiffany as well!!
Finally Alex has met his match!
Yes, he has! I met him after his show with his band, Lewberger. I told him that I could beat him in a lyric battle.😉
Not the Axle Rose impression! She’s so funny!
Def Leppard should be on an 80’s song video.
My parents are older Gen Xers and only Jason looks younger than them
And we're all probably AARP members
Red head is HOOOOT! :)
Honestly my favourie 80s song is probably "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now" by Starship. I just love this song so much
I Love How They Started With Michael Jackson! 😂😂😂😢😢😊😊🥰🥰
had a lot of fun watching this battle, especially Axel's impression. love you Karen!!
appreciated the video and enjoyed the reactors
Born in 1996, but I got 80% of these right. Parents were huge 80s fans and especially anything that was super popular in Germany/Europe in the 80s, I know of.

These were more fun, please do more. Thanks.
The Gen Xers need to step up in this category. I got Prince, George Michael, and Queen on the first line-and I'm a Xennial Gen Xer.
Anyone could’ve got that Queen song on the first try
They didn't
No lies I thought paradise city was Prarie dog city growing up as a kid. Love me some Micheal Jackson, and queen though
I was gonna say my favorite is "Don't Stop Me Now" but that's a 70s song. :)
I am ashamed that I couldn't figure out the bandname 'Depeche Mode' for nr 12
my head was like 'Lacuna Coil' but I knew that they only covered it in 2006
No Bon Jovi? Poison? Def Leppard? New Kids On The Block, Tiffany, Debbie Gibson?? Still waiting! 😂 80's & 90's are my thing!
Nick, Alex and Brittany, that's the All Star line up for the Millennials
I love the fun facts. It’s like Pop Up Video which I loved.
My most favorite George Michael song is I Knew You Were Waiting (For Me) with Aretha Franklin.
Fun fact: That’s the only George Michael song on my mom’s playlist which was the first time I’d ever heard it
Jason is SO fine lol and Kia looks good! Looks like she lost weight in her face (not to say that she looked bad before)
This is us versus our youngest aunt or uncle lol
Prince is featured on a cover of as my guitar gently weeps and its amazing!!! Dude jams the F out. Definitely check it out.
thank you for saving the teams that answered correctly until later on, after the slower one figure it out. helps to watch with you guys and play along, but it always sucked when the first team was shown as getting the answer quickly before everyone else. thank you.
7:36 My favorite Madonna's song would have to be "La Isla Bonita."
11:20 If I may say so, Freddie Mercury's shoes are a very big pair for someone to fill in, but Adam Lambert is actually doing a very good job fronting Queen at the moment.
I couldn't help but notice with the AC/DC fun fact that favorite is spelled the UK way.
Alex is so great at lyrics. it's insane😅
We should have had Debarge - Rhythm of the Night and anything by Pat Benatar, particularly Love Is a Battlefield
I'd have to say my most favorite Madonna song is True Blue.
My favorite is “Ray of Light” - but “Borderline” if 80s.
Favourite MJ Song? Smooth Criminal. Favourite George Michael song? Careless Whisper, and neither of them are of their own versions. Much prefer Alien Ant Farm and Seethers versions.
The originals are good but those covers are nothing short of amazing
