By "HALF" of our actual strength, she means "I normally have 10 atk 10 def" since that makes you twice as strong or she means "I normally have 18 atk and 18 def (and 200HP)" because that is her stats x2?
She normally has 18 ATk and 18 DEF, yes. But her HP doesn't multiply When Shadow users come in contact with The Elemental Stickworld, their stats get lowered by 50%
