BLACKOUT PINBALL MACHINE - BY WILLIAMS 1980 WON ON THE PRICE IS RIGHT

THIS IS THE STORY AND GAMEPLAY OF MY 1980 WILLIAMS HOME USE ONLY BLACKOUT PINBALL MACHINE. THIS ACTUAL MACHINE WAS WON BY A CONTESTANT BACK IN 1981 THAT WAS ON THE PRICE IS RIGHT SHOW. THE ORIGINAL OWNER OWNED THIS GAME FOR AROUND 32 YEARS. THIS MACHINE HAS BEEN IN A HOME EVER SINCE AND WAS NEVER ROUTED OR IN AN ARCADE. I PURCHASE THE GAME IN 2014. I WAS CONVINCED THAT THE GAME WAS A HUO BUT WAS NOT FULLY CONVINCED THE GAME WAS FROM TPIR. IN 2020 I STUMBLED ON A YOU TUBE VIDEO OF OLD TPIR SHOW DATED SEPT. 24, 1981. I WAS WATCHING THE SHOW FOR ENJOYMENT NOT FOR TRYING TO TRACK DOWN THE GAME. BY PURE LUCK THIS WAS THE ACTUAL EPISODE THAT SHOWS THE BLACKOUT PINBALL MACHINE BEING WON IN THE SHOWCASE SHOWDOWN. WITH THIS VIDEO AND DOING SOME MORE RESEARCH I WAS ABLE TO CONFIRM THAT IS THE MACHINE FROM THE SHOW. THIS MACHINE IS IN AMAZING CONDITION AND IS NOW PART OF MY PERSONAL PINBALL COLLECTION.

I used to play this game a lot. I first seen this game when I was 8 years old back in 1981, and I also remember the episode on TPIR on the showcase round where the pinball game was offered as a prize. I actually seen that episode during summer vacation after the 1981-82 school year.
A bar my stepfather managed had this game from about November of 1988 through to about October of 1989.
