I had a Cooper's Hawk hang out every day around my feeders for hours, and occasionally catch a bird. Later I started putting peanuts out and crows began to visit. Then when Coop showed up the crows would chase him away.
They are fun to watch. I am always looking for an unusual species. Sometimes I get Oriel's and Grosbeaks, but only in the spring usually. Those are a treat to see.
Great clip. Once the hawk moved up on the picnic table he looked twice the size that he actually was. LOL.
