- Today being the National Day of Prayer and with so much fear and uncertainty in the world this week I wanted to record a song that would encourage people to look to God during this difficult time! I pray that this hymn “God Will Take Of You” blesses and touches each and every one of you.

The Story Behind God Will Take Care of You
This hymn was written in 1904 and has quite an interesting story. The Martins were guests at the Practical Bible Training School in Lestershire, New York. Mr. Martin was helping the principal put together a songbook.
One Sunday, Mr. Martin was supposed to go preach at a church some distance from the school. Mrs. Martin wasn't feeling well, and he thought about canceling and staying home to take care of her. Their nine year-old son piped up at this point. "Don't you think God will take care of her?"
With that, Mr. Martin went off to conduct the service. While he was gone, his wife, thinking about what their son had said, wrote the words to the hymn God Will Take Care of You. When he came home - relieved to find his wife much better - she gave the words to him. He sat down at the organ and within an hour composed the music. - เพลง

Thank you for that lovely hymn Rosemary. That wonderful hymn ALWAYS touches me. No less this time. You sing so beautifully. It is April 2021 and I. 2 days time I will have had my second vaccine. Since the beginning of the first lockdown here in UK March 23rd 2020vi haven’t even had a temperature. I take it every day on account of being a Carer. Rosemary, I am very touched. What I share here is long. My heart is so full.....
As I listened I thought your purpose in singing/playing, “God Will Take Care Of You”, was to bring encouragement and comfort to others in the midst of the pandemic.
Here’s what I thought previously and how it spoke so beautifully to my heart and soul.
*I felt a mother’s love for her child, as if she’s singing a lullaby to her child...where a child feels at ease, feels loved, and peacefully falls asleep.
*Your crystal clear singing was like the beautiful tones heard when filling crystal glasses with water, and chiming them.
*I sensed awe as I felt in my spirit God was tenderly looking down at my face, like a parent looking down at their child with love. God is my loving heavenly daddy.
*I experienced a tremendous amount of peace knowing that God was speaking to my heart through your beautiful voice and skillful playing the piano.
*I saw the open hymn book, your hands touching the piano keys, and 1:1 sharing from your heart. To me, these were all tied together. You shared God’s heart to all peoples.
*For the remainder of March and through April, I will be watching/listening to your video to hear God’s reassuring message. I’m not panicking. I think it’s important to remember this hymn. I mean, really remember it day to day.

Rosemary, I wish I could just sit in your presence just to listen to hymn after hymn and bask in the love and joy that the Lord keeps sharing with us, even during this covid-19 situation. Thousands of people, young and old, have lost their lives to this pandemic around the world. It's hard for their families, not only because their loved ones has passed on, but because they couldn't be by their sides as the Lord called them home nor could they bid a sorrowful farewell as their mortal bodies are placed in their final resting places. Oh Lord! Please watch over those folks in pain, mentally, physically, and emotionally. Give them the strength to carry on, understanding as to why problems are taking place, and comfort for the loss they feel. And Lord, I pray that you will give guidance to people like Rosemary to know the right words to lift others up, their spirits soaring, and continue to touch the lives of the millions of people throughout the world. I plead this in your Name, Amen.

Hi Ms. Rosemary. Just wanted to tell you I have walked around humming and singing that song all day. You know, I'm starting to think that maybe you're right. I've never been proud of where my belief's landed, but I have tried to do the best I could with what I had. In a recent conversation with a friend, talk turned to faith and belief, and the lack of. He know's me good enough not to preach, but when I asked a hard "why" question, he responded with this. " You remember when you were in school? While you were taking a test, the teacher was silent". He went on to say, "that's kinda how I look at thing's. God sometime's remain's silent, while we take the test". Of all the explanation's that have been tried on me, that one simple little comment stuck with me like no other. Thank you for what you do ma'am. God bless. Roger

Wanted to tell you also that, as I told you I had planned, I went to the church with my friend's. I actually had come up with an excuse not to go. They have been such good friend's, I couldn't do that to them. I'll just say that I am glad I went.
