Man this is not High School Band is it? Our Director has required our band to attended a DCI Show . Though I m DC born and raised they needn't look any further than these bands from this show for inspiration. Your hard work is something to be proud of . You get an A++ for Class
We played this marching show my senior year
I heard another band play this arrangement a few years back at a BOA regional final, but yours is more intricate and technical and you make it sound so easy. Great job!
takes to a new world, takes the word "believing" to a whole new level.
Santiago
This is my future school... so excited and proud!
Yes
holy shit this bands amazing.
bout to drum major this show... but of course I'm over excited!!!!
Great video. Amazing what you can do with lots of cameras.
Awesome. I am very much looking forward to the documentary.
Always amazed me when I was in high school, our own band never was more than 85 or so kids.
This band is huge
It's awesome. That's what it is.
been like that since the beginning of time for AHS
by the way this was a very good show though i can agree with that :) my favorite one is the the four freedoms show :D great job just wonderfull drill and great style in music :)
I believe that the opening number was from"swan lake".
Outstanding. A few fundamental errors here and there but just WOW
@ScottKer and a lot of practice
Firebird:D
What Songs did they play i know firebird was one,but what are the rest of them?
like how? facing the front?
Can you do one for this year at AFOB?
Oboes? Where are you
So. many. flutes.
Blue Stars?
in reply to olddrumcorps (weird name) anyways dude you would give this band an A++? i think maybe a B. hahah XD you need to watch more band shows, look up nishihara, shijonawate gakuen, and aimachi dude. bands in the JMBA championships are like way better than in any other country ( they are japanese high school marching bands) they are close to perfection. my favorite one is aimachi high their show "Virus" 2009. they can compete with our top bands here in america dude haha you have no idea :P
He means an A++ for their class. Not their performance quality.
Do you guys know the arranger???
there's usually aroune 30-40
usually between 40-50
I thought it was like 300
they center on the pressbox... or at least aim for that
LOL Bassoons ? Isn't that just a tad bit of an overkill?
supposed to all be pointing towards the press box
200ish (:
