The worst thing about the fur cons are the photographers. They're like the papparazzi. You don't find photographers interfering with attendees at an anime convention.
You know we like to be able to see ourselves and what we were doing after the convention, yeah? We like having the photo- and videographers, they get to be as well-known as the fursuiters too. Not to mention that they always ask and are friendly while doing shoots around conspace. The opposite of what paparazzi do. The real worst thing is that so many hotels have been following an aesthetic trend of looking like a bleak corporate minimalism grayscape which makes for a lousy backdrop in those photos and videos.
The photographers you see in the video at this con were staff. They brought well into five figures worth of their own equipment, were unpaid volunteers, and took multiple thousands of photos for the nearly 2k attendees. All out of the kindness of their hearts 💜
