      awww thank you soo much Aiden~ I did work real hard on this one, cuz there's sooo many information on this amazing crop out there!
      Now, on most of my explain video I like to not mention exact product unless its sponsored or Im sure it's wildly available for most of my audience. for example Japanese Mayo, there's that one brand that's sold all around the world, then I'll mention it, but things like TOFU or Soymilk, it's really hard...
      Most of the tofu I bought is made locally(im pretty sure my asian grocer made it themself), and as long as you have trusted store, there's not much to worry on what brand you use,
      tho if you're interested in what type of tofu or miso I like, I made a video talked all about that, I introduce 7 types of different tofu and how they tastes different and have different usage. and on the MISO video, I did show a few brand I bought oftenly as well, lmk if this answer your question.
