and frequency is 2MHz

yes brother
it is possible. it needs some voltage as gate drive signal and it never see from where the signal voltage are coming
so it can be driven from any signal even we can use 555 timer ic

Hello sir I use tlp 250 in my buck converter circuit boostrap but as I turn the boostrap on the tlp250 stop working and get hot and bun up I use the boostrap with transistor and it work very will but the tlp250 just keeps failing I try 13 time all fail the 13 time one work and the boostrap signal rise 22 volt and fail when I add a load so is the tlp250 not for drivers igbt or fet or it’s just use for isolation?
