Sorry if this is off topic, but is there a way that you can make a video element have a hyper link. I cannot find any help with this question. I like your work. I'm subscribed! Dan.
Thanks Dan! You could always do a button on the video background, or, I'm pretty sure with the new Elementor update with containers, you can make the entire container clickable, and you could give the container the video background. This video may help you: th-cam.com/video/j2qVY5AR42E/w-d-xo.html
@@nicole.makes.websites Thank you Nicole. Why couldn't they just make the video element have a link setting? But I will explore your suggestion. Still learning.
I have a purchased istock video.. could you please explain how that can be added in the background.. do i just go ahead and paste the url or is there some other way to do it...
I've never purchased a video from istock before, but if they gave you a url, go ahead and put it in and it should work. If it doesn't I would upload it to TH-cam as an unlisted video and then link it from that url. (as long as its allowed in the terms of your purchase)
Thanks!
Thank you! Useful information presented in an easy-to-understand format.
Thank you so much!! ☺ I'm so happy I could be helpful for you

any way to display full width background video on both desktop and mobile? as in mobile the video gets cut out.
Do you have "Play on Mobile" switched on? (check 18:59)
@@nicole.makes.websites yea I've turned it on, that's not the issue. issue is video gets cut out in mobile mode...I want full width video
@@HimanshuThanvi-n1q does the video still work, it's just not full width? If so, confirm the container it's in it set to be 100% width on mobile
Doesn’t work on mobile devices unfortunately.
For information about video backgrounds for mobile, please check 18:59
Does not work on mobile devices! Please make it adaptive, and be sure to check how it is displayed on the phone.
