Loving the layout of this property, especially the downstairs toilet as people don't have to come through your home. Also i love the fact you can come straight into the kitchen from your front door. Well done to the developers. It's a 10/10 from me ! Thanks guys for a wonderful tour, really appreciate your hard work. 🌸🍸🍸🌸
I too don’t like the idea of coming off the street straight into the kitchen, lt would be nice to have a hallway to take off coats footwear etc maybe wash hands
Great tour! Welcome back 😊 I loved the house except the front door walking straight into the kitchen. I'd worry about privacy and drafts going straight into the main living space.
Welcome Back. Cute house but that price is pricing for what you get IMO only. Can you not do revisits? I would like to see what new builds are re-selling for as have mixed feedback from people.
Wow wow wow - what amazing value for money. I cannot believe the comments I’m reading. No wonder everyone moans at Gen Z. These homes are incredible value for money.
I loved your vid but that house to me gets maybe a 3/10 at best from practical living. I think coming straight in facing a downstairs toilets weird and into the kitchen next. There is no entry way to remove dirty shoes or hang coats and if you need to answer the door in winter the whole house is open and losing heat. The bedrooms are very small and only one wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom where it indicates a double bed so two person room, no space for anything but a few clothes. The upstairs cupboard with light is maybe the best thing in this home, cream carpets upstairs are not great if this is shown as a family home either. Unsure of the point of a balcony you cannot stand on but that seems common lately. I did like the cranberry coloured kitchen, the nice details on the walls, the slit style windows and the garden size. I feel a family would seriously lack any real storage here and sound/cooking smells travelling upstairs might also put a family off. Wedge shaped stairs cause more falls that standard stairs so also a negative in my book.
Welcome back Tumi x Really like the full length windows throughout, the colour of the kitchen units, and the black appliances which compliment well. The stairs are in a good position, and don’t impose on the layout. A few suggestions: I would put a diagonal door from hall to kitchen, as it seems a bit weird to walk from kitchen to toilet. You could suspend a glass beaded curtain from the ceiling between kitchen and living space, or indeed an open shelving unit halfway across. A 7kg washing machine could go into the cupboard by the stairs, (plumbing should be easy because it’s behind the downstairs toilet) leaving space for a dishwasher in the kitchen. Nice colour scheme and styling. 👍🏽
Wow, those are some awesome ideas! A stackable duo of washer and dryer could possibly go where you suggested as the cupboard is full height. What do you think? Yay or nay? 😊
Good to have you back, you've been missed😊❤
Thank you! 😊
Omg, I detest the idea of the house opens up right in the kitchen how is that a good idea 🤔
Front door in opposite the toilet 🤦🏼♀️
I thought i'm the only one, very bad idea, imagine guest coming in through your kitchen, would rather flip the ground floor plan.
Same imagine kids coming in with muddy shoes, where do they take them, through the kitchen/dining area to a cupboard in the lounge? Madness
It’s the back door, she literally said in the video she is going in through the back door
Aww so glad to see you back - yeah you were missed. What a nice home to tour round x

Lovely house. The family bathroom and en-suite are just right with a window in each and the design is not over the top, just right.

good
903 soft for 3 BHK feels so squeezed. I live in Laindon near Greater London and my house is 3 bed - 1000 sqft. I do feel a bit congested.

Hi, have you got room sizes please?
Id love to know what the mortgage is on that place ? Nice looking house though
