回転板が一方向回転だとチェーンテンショナーへの負担も少ないけど繰返し反転インチング操作だと負担掛かってそう…それと油圧回路圧力も頻繁にリリーフ圧に達してクークー泣かせていて作動油温度も上がって熱ダレして余計に力が落ちてそう

同じ仕事してますが、さすがにここまで逆巻きした事ないっす。押し込み板とゆ～か回転板のチェーンに相当負担大かと。

古いとチェーンの支えが歪んできてて少しの負荷だけで切れますからね。
うちの上の人が見たら激怒されますよ、こんな積む前に処理場走れって。
たしか年始の収集だったのですが、それでも積みすぎですよね。
確かに何回も逆転操作を繰り返しまくるとゴミを潰す回転板にかなり負担が掛かり過ぎて最悪回転板がぶち壊れる可能性も否定は出来ないですよね😵
だから私が住んでる地域町内では例え年末年始関係無くなるべく逆転にならない程度にゴミを回収しているみたいです👍
話が矛盾しててすみませんけどたまに逆転になる時もありますけどね😅
うちは4トン車で、3.5トンぐらいしか積みません。（負荷を減らす為）
