for getting stage 10k, remember to upgrade unstable souls, get your synthesis upgrades, keep maxing out your forming, and MOST IMPORTANTLY: do sunsets to reset the prices of forming and all of that, one sunset can boost you a good 800 stages or so later on when progress slows down a bit
