Just a hunch: The one we hear in the Space Colony ark one is specifically for that segment of the level but Radical Highway is very important to shadow as it's the first level we play as shadow (Like Speed highway is important to 3D Sonic) So it's likely the one we hear in the trailer is a standalone Radical Highway level. The trailers have so many questions to answer, Like: The Name "Act 1" suggest there's an obvious Act 2. The levels we see in Demos are all in 3D, with Sonic Adventure styled level-design, but some footage show shadow with the Classic 2D gameplay, with full use of Shadow's Doom powers. finally: WHERES THE GAMEPLAY OF RAIL CANYON/BULLET STATION???
