Mafumafu goes on to explain his tweet. I’m not knowledgeable enough to understand it in detail. He’s basically saying they all went out to buy lucky bags. Lucky bags in Japan are sold normally on New Years and these bags have random things that are usually sold for a discount.
Mafu: The four of us, it’s not just me today. These three tagged along with me to buy 110,000 yen worth of lucky bags each
U&Sk: Yay!!! (Everyone claps along)
M: Since there’s four of us, we have around 400,000 yen worth of these lucky bags. Let’s each showcase what we got.
(It might be useful to know that 100 yen is about one US dollar)

M: So who’s going first?

Urata takes out the contents of the bag.

Mafumafu suggests looking at the price tag and they are shocked to see that the price of the single shirt is 19000 yen and the lucky bag cost was 21600 yen.

Sakata suggests to look at the price of the shirt. They all start laughing at the price. It is 29000 yen. They’re probably shocked at how expensive it is. Urata takes out the next shirt and they are again surprised by how it expensive it is. I couldn’t quite hear it clearly but I think Urata says that the shirt is 21000 yen. Mafumafu says that if the prices are true, urata already got his money's worth.
Urata gets the next shirt out and they all begin making weird sounds because the price tag says 46000 yen. They are all surprised yet again. The last bag that Urata bought costed 32400 yen. Sakata states that this lucky bag could be worth 100,000 yen based on how the previous lucky bag went. Mafumafu agrees with this.
U: This is a jacket. This seems expensive
Sk: It does seem expensive
M: This seems like something Urata would wear
U: Yeah this is something I’d wear
Urata gets the next piece of clothing
U: This is a shirt. It’s pretty cute.
Next piece of clothing is pulled out.
U: This is a black sweater.
Urata finishes showcasing what he got. Soraru and Sakata clap. Sakata volunteers to show his lucky bags next.

They mention how Sakata also has the dog lucky bag that Urata had and that they must have went to the same place to buy these bags. Mafumafu starts laughing and Sakata says that it can’t be helped what he bought.
Sakata gets the items of the first bag out.
Sk: Don! Isn’t this the same thing? There’s no way. This… It’s the same as the last time.
M: Really? Really?
Sr: Is it all the same?
M: Is it really all the same?
Sr: Eh? It is the same
Sk: Aaaaaaaaaaaaah!! (high pitch yelling) Then let’s go to the next! Hurry up and get the next one!
It seems like Sakata got the same thing as Urata lol. Next is the dog lucky bag.
Sk: This is a lie right? Please don’t be the same again
U: Ah they’re different!
Sakata gets the first shirt. Soraru shows the price of Sakata. Sakata raises his voice saying that it's expensive. It’s 40,000 yen. They are all surprised. Next is a white shirt that Mafumafu describes as normal. This shirt is 20,000 yen. Next brown shirt is 19,000 yen. Lastly is a jacket. Sakata looks at the price tag and says it’s expensive. He asks everyone what they think the cost is. They all guess 40,000 yen. Sakata reveals that the price is 50,000 yen, which meant that they were about 100 dollars off. They move onto the next bag.
Sakata asks how to pronounce the brand of the bag and they all try pronouncing it for a bit. Sakata opens the lucky bag and takes everything out.
Sk: Aren’t they all the same color?
Sr: It’s the same
Sakata opens up a small blanket.
Sk: It’s warm.
M: Ah, thank you
Sk: Isn’t this a scarf?
M: Neck warmer?
Sakata wears the neck warmer.
M: It looks warm.
