Many people have assumptions that seeing Nightwing and Starfire like this will encourage their teenagers to act the same. Or that sexualization isn't necessary to tell the story. Pick your excuse. People just get angry because they don't understand storytelling. Steven king literally had a preteen orgy in one of his biggest novels. The biggest critics of these things are from people who don't write stories.
